Cannot recommend this place enough!!! I stayed here for a week and it was exactly what I was looking for. A perfect home base for my time in town.To say Tracy’s place is conveniently located is an understatement! It is also walkable- for a short morning stroll down to the riverfront or to restaurants at night. It is clean. What I really loved was how the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The coffee machine is multistream so you get much better quality coffee. And the bed is comfy!I was a little worried about noise at night being on a busier street, but I played a white noise playlist on Spotify to fall asleep and that did the trick for me. I look forward to hopefully staying here again.

Spacious accommodations for 2 people, comfy bed and minimal furnishings made for a clean unit, big TV, nice to have a washer/dryer right there, clean kitchen, better than a hotel and much better priced for our stay. Just know that it's an older building (as many are in that area) and it could use some minor cosmetic repair work, but I think that is reflected in the rate. Since it is on a busy street (close to the center of Winooski) it was a little noisy at night.Worked perfect for me and my teen for our 2 day stay, close to all that Burlington/Winooski has to offer.

This rental is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the town commons. It is a minimalist rental, meaning no frills, nothing fancy, which is fine if all you need is a place to rest your head at night. The mattress was new and very comfortable! The parking space allotted for this rental is not guaranteed, so I had to park down the street at the Chinese restaurant owned by the owner's friend. This was annoying, but since it was just me and I only had one bag, it was doable. The owner was super responsive and helpful in ensuring I got a secure parking spot at her friend's restaurant, which was comforting. I would recommend this rental if you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night while out and about during the day.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, convenient, close to Burlington and Winooski. My only issue was how loud all the people above us were. I think carpet floors would do wonders to keep the sound down. Other than that the stay was great.
