Thank you for sharing your feedback, Dan. We are sorry the pool was temporarily unavailable during part of your stay. Following storms the night before, the pool was inspected and cleaned the next morning. Because the water chemistry had begun to change, an additional shock and chlorine treatment was necessary. For guest safety, the pool could not be used for approximately 24 hours while the treatment circulated and the water returned to the proper levels. The property does have a private pool that is routinely serviced and is normally available for our guests. We appreciate your patience while we promptly addressed this unexpected, weather-related condition, and we will continue to prioritize both pool safety and an enjoyable guest experience.

Providing an accurate representation of the property and a comfortable stay for our guests is very important to us, so your feedback means a lot. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding a heated pool and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you as well for being such thoughtful guests and for the kind gesture of leaving the shower chair for future visitors who may benefit from it. We truly enjoyed hosting you and hope to welcome you back on a future visit to Melbourne! ☀️🏡😊
