HOA Rules - No smoking or caping in entryway, breezeway, balcony, screened porch, deck, or any other common area.

Tenants should reduce noise during the hrs of 10pm-8am. At no time should music, tvs, calls, etc be so loud they become a nuisance to neighbors.

Pool closes at 10pm. No smoking in pool area. Put umbrellas down and furniture back where it belongs. Dispose of trash. Never put furniture in pool.

The condominium was comfortable, beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding! So close to the pool and saw lots of deer! The location was perfect for our event! Appreciated the coffee pods and wine! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for a lake weekend! The location is close to the marina and a few restaurants. Pool and hot tub are great, and the back patio area is perfect for starting or ending the day!

I liked this property and the owners were very communicative and helpful. I appreciated the nice touches and it was easy to access. Pool access was great although Alabama is hot so we didn’t get to use it as much. Be aware it has two staircases to get up from the parking level and one from the back ground level so if you have accessibility issues with stairs this is not the right choice but otherwise it is superb. Perfect for what we needed and we are grateful to the hosts.

We are from southeast Alabama and have been married for almost 30 years. Family is everything to us—we have two grown children, a wonderful daughter-in-law we consider a bonus daughter, and the sweetest granddaughter, who will soon have a baby cousin to play with.

While we originally started out with long-term rental properties, this lake condo is our first short-term rental—and honestly, the one we’re most excited about. StillWaters is the perfect retreat for us. Having grown up on Lake Eufaula and now enjoying “weekend golf,” we can’t wait to spend our free weekends at the lake and share this special place with our guests.

We chose StillWaters because it truly has everything we could want in a lake retreat. The gated community offers both comfort and peace of mind, with lake and marina access, a beautiful golf course, and a variety of dining options—including a daiquiri bar. Just steps from our condo, you’ll find the community pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water or the greens. Add in the welcoming spirit of a neighborhood church, and StillWaters feels like a complete getaway that blends relaxation, recreation, and community all in one place.
