North Shore Guest House @ Maui Adventure Villa

Le North Shore Guest House est idéalement situé sur la célèbre North Shore de Maui. Maison spacieuse, très confortable, paisible et calme de 2 chambres avec un grand salon et une cuisine ouverte. Chaque chambre a un lit queen. Des futons supplémentaires peuvent être fournis si nécessaire.

Le North Shore Guest House est niché dans une ferme de bananes de 2 acres près de Hana Highway avec vue sur la montagne Haleakala et l'océan Pacifique. Il est à seulement 27 km de l'aéroport, à 60 km de Hana et à 55 km du Haleakala Visitor Center, qui se trouve à 3 km du magnifique cratère de Haleakala. Accès facile aux villes voisines avec une variété de restaurants et de boutiques. Un des favoris de nos clients est la visite des tortues de mer vertes juste avant le coucher du soleil sur la plage voisine de Hookipa, où des planchistes et planchistes professionnels du monde entier viennent s'entraîner et concourir.

L'espace

Propre, privé (non partagé), confortable, calme. NOTE SPÉCIALE: Cette maison est en fait construite pour être une structure de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains; cependant, la 3ème chambre (chambre principale) est exclue de notre offre B&B (l'accès à une chambre est fermée) les rénovations sont terminées - - aucune construction n'est en cours et il n'y a pas de perturbations pour nos clients pendant qu'ils occupent la maison; et, notre taux de réservation a été considérablement réduit jusqu'à la fin de la rénovation, c'est donc vraiment une bonne affaire.

Great stay! The property was perfect for our family, and John was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. Haiku is a peaceful and relaxing place to recharge, and is also a nice jumping off point for so much of what Maui has to offer.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is VERY convenient to Haleakala, the road to Hana and Ho’okipa Beach for the sea turtles and just hanging out. A lot of deck space with great common space and 3 good size bedrooms. Open the windows at night for the island breeze. John is a very attentive and helpful host. If you need it, he makes it happen (thanks for the pack and play for our grandson. Nice neighborhood with good walking.

Our son had been looking forward to making kalua pig in an imu and you provided the final ingredient, making it all come together. Lovely getaway

Short yet amazing stay

We stayed for 4 days and we really enjoyed our stay. John was very patient and helpful. He gave great advice and stories of the island. The property is beautiful with a huge backyard area. Banana trees.we stayed in the Bamboo house there were 2 patios and one porch. Plenty of opportunity to enjoy the views. Close to baby beach and the lookout. Not far from paia fish marketplace. Cute little lizards outside

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Spacious

This property is in a very relaxing, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Great for going for strolls with lots of birds and flowers.to add to the enjoyment. Our host, John, went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished with a large open floor plan for the living and kitchen area. We ate all our meals in around a large family table. I enjoyed swimming at Baldwin Beach State Park and the kids liked windsurfing at Kanaha and Ho'okipa. Can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else on Maui.

A fantastic spot on a beautiful island

We loved it. Stayed for 10 days, and all four of us were thrilled with the property, amenities, the management, and the communication. A no-brainer when we come back to Maui.We listened to the birds over coffee in the morning, and kicked back at the place almost every night of our stay. Close to surfing, hikes, waterfalls - you name it...I'm not sure there is much more to say other than we loved it here and mentioned many times how great a setup it was for a group of old friends.

Perfect place for families

This place is really great and well appointed and on a beautiful spot in the island. We found John to be really friendly, generous and helpful and we loved the tranquil space and great living area for the kids. We felt the place was really private but he was always available if we needed anything or had a question. Hoping to return again soon!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was off the beaten path, but in a good way. Quiet, peaceful, but close to Paia and the road to Hana. Very clean, updated nicely. John the host was great! Helped us out by answering questions and getting supplies we needed. Plenty of space for all of us.

Wonderful stay in peaceful neighborhood.

We loved our stay in this quiet and peaceful area of Maui. John was a wonderful host and our kids loved seeing bananas growing. John even let our son harvest a bunch that we enjoyed with breakfast the next morning. We slept with our windows open each night and the house was always comfortable. Our family (3 kids and two adults) spent three nights here and loved it!

The owner John was very helpful with check-in and even offered to give us a lift into town. There was fresh fruit waiting for us in the morning, straight from his garden. Haleakala National Park on Maui

We had a short 3-day stay on Maui to visit the 2 sites of Haleakala. The house is perfectly located for going up to the summit and driving around to Hana Kipahulu. we ate all 3 dinners in Paia - the Paia Fish Market and Tobi's Poke and Shave Ice. So convenient and delicious! This was our first time on the islands in October and it was surprisingly warm for us. Glad to have fans in the house and it was still toasty. John, the owner, was really helpful in sorting out details and Jobe who was on site was really helpful, too.

Family Maui Vacation 2023

We rented this property for my daughter, her husband and three kids (two teens and an infant). John was excellent to deal with in all aspects. The property is beautiful & the home is spacious & VERY WELL appointed. If you'd like to be in a quiet neighborhood - yet a short drive to beaches and stores, this rental in Haiku is for you.

This 3-bedroom, one-great room with two full baths perfectly accommodated our party of three college roommates, who graduated many decades ago, along with visiting relatives from Maui. Jungle Sunrise and Blissful Sleep

This was a very last minute booking and John went out of his way to get me into a bed for the night. I was welcomed with open arms and slept better than I've slept all year in the beautifully hand crafted pole house, after expecting much more rustic lodging. It made my first night in Maui as a single traveler a relaxing and magical experience. Great getaway from the hustle & bustle!

John was an amazing host - he provided detailed information about the property beforehand and was friendly and available for anything we needed during our stay. The location is away from the resort zone and that’s what we wanted! It is still a very short drive to any location you may want to access on the west or south coasts, but our primary goals were being near Haleakala NP and well on the way to Hana so it worked out perfectly for us. The town of Paia is cute for shopping and the surrounding communities give you a real sense of Maui culture. The water was great - we used the provided filters but out of the tap it tasted fine to me. Ho’okipa beach nearby is a must-visit in the afternoon if you want to see turtles. Definitely would stay here again.

Great People & Beautiful Place

John's place is one of the best properties I have ever experienced. It has great location, only few miles away from paia town with multiple choices for local food & drink. It's close to Hana highway, so if you're planning to take "Road to Hana", his place would save you plenty of time for a presumably exhausting whole day driving. The property is clean, organized and well designed. It has an ocean view from both living room, master bedroom and balcony. Most importantly, the owner (John) is a great person. He's so friendly and responsive. We arrived at the property at late night due to unexpected long line at car rental. John waited for us at the property in person to ensure a smooth check-in. He also invited us for a tour through his entire plantation which includes multiple fantastic properties suitable for varied group size. I absolutely look forward to coming back when traveling to Maui next time.

Great Spot on Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! John was very accommodating and welcoming. He brought in an extra mattress (so my son didn't have to share a bed with his sister); he also brought us coffee, oatmeal, bananas, etc when our arrival was too late to pick up breakfast supplies. No extra charge for either of these kind gestures. The house itself was clean and well appointed; we had everything we needed. Location was great. Maui is not huge, and getting around was quite easy. We visited most regions of the island during our stay. If I had 1 recommendation - a couple of travel mugs (even just cheap plastic ones) would have been an excellent addition to the kitchen supplies. With so many places to explore, we often got an early start, and a coffee-to-go would have made the great stay even better. Thank you again, John for being so welcoming and ensuring that our stay was wonderful.
