We were very disappointed to see the review you left following your stay. We work extremely hard to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable home and an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you read our previous reviews, you'll see they are overwhelmingly 5-star reviews, which reflects the level of care and attention we put into every guest's stay. During your visit, we were happy to accommodate your early check-in request, and on trash pickup day, we personally came by the property to roll the trash cans out so you wouldn't have to worry about it. We always try to go above and beyond for our guests whenever possible. We understand that the television turning on unexpectedly during the night was frustrating. However, this was not something within our control, and we do not feel that it accurately reflects the overall quality of the home, amenities, cleanliness, and service that were provided during your stay. As owners and managers of a short-term rental, reviews have a direct impact on our livelihood. We kindly ask that you keep that in mind when reviewing independently owned properties in the future. We take great pride in what we do and work very hard to create a wonderful experience for our guests. We appreciate that you chose to stay with us and wish you all the best in your future travels.

We’ve stayed with this host before and have come to understand that they set the standard for what a VRBO property should be. Accommodations are very nice, check in is simple and communication with the host is excellent. We have already booked again a year in advance based on our experience - cannot ask for a better stay.

Great home, perfect for Spring Training and visiting Sedona. Nice neighborhood for taking walks. Host very communicative and accommodating. Everything was as described on website with plenty of linens, etc. Highly recommend.

Host was super communicative and very accommodating to all our requests. Home was clean, quiet and had every amenity we needed for our stay. When we are back in town, hope Mike and Lori's place will be available. Thanks again for having a wonderful place for us to stay.

Our h* Sts were excellent. The property was clean. We had great communications with the hosts. We just enjoyed our entire stay.\n Brand new grill that I used\n The ceiling fans in all of the rooms work well. It was just so enjoyable. We couldn't thank them enough. Lori and mark did a great job.\nAnd we'll recommend them to our friends if they come down this way
