Sundowner II was perfect for our family. Walked many times to town- centrally located! Free ride bus stop right across the street to ride to lifts.

Well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, location is central to all things and very walkable. Only drawback is the technology in the condo was pretty outdated - TVs didn’t work very well as they are very dated, WiFi had constant challenges and it took a couple weeks to get a technician out.

Very cozy and comfortable

When we were looking for one item, someone delivered it to our door. Beds were comfortable. Great location! One problem that we had was bad water pressure in the second bedroom shower on the second floor, and the design of the floor in the shower was uncomfortable on bare feet. I did not report the shower pressure to the management company as I didn't think that much could be done in a week's time.

We had a great stay. Location is not ski in/out but as described is across the street from 4 O’clock run and shuttle stops. Easy walk to town. Condo was clean and everything was as described in listing. Property manager was available and prompt with responses

This was perfect for myself and friends with a toddler. It was very cozy. Each room has there own bathrooms! Beautiful inside! Cozy at night when it got colder.

Perfect location

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

Perfect fit for our family vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. Check in was easy and the communication leading up to our stay was very satisfactory. The property is in a great location to access everything in Breckinridge. Great value. Highly recommend.

Great location, great home

We loved this unit! It’s much bigger than I anticipated. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. To get to the mountain in the morning you can either take the bus just one stop, or you can walk less then 1/2 mile the snowflake lift. At the end of the day, take the 4 o’clock to town run, but exit at the “park place” sign to walk across to the unit. Two suggestions: replace the master bedroom pillows (maybe the second bedroom too but the kids did not complain) and provide light bulbs for renters to switch as needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year we’ve stayed here, which says a lot. With so many options to stay in Breckinridge, we pick here again. It’s conveniently located to the slopes, bus stop and to town. We moved our car once to travel to Vail, really no need for a car. My boys walked to Snowflake to start their day and I walked into town to start mine :)We had to call management once about something very minor and they were out within a few hours. Great service. The place is clean and had plenty of room for our family of five. If I was FORCED to say something negative, I’d have to say the pot and pans were lacking (no large skillet for eggs or pancakes). But this wouldn’t stop us from coming back!
