Bellamente actualizado unidad de dormitorio de Santa Rosa Dunes con baño. Hay un medio baño en el pasillo para huéspedes y niños. Very nice place Close enough to town to be an easy evening bike ride but far enough away to be peaceful.The folks at PBP were very receptive and helpful, will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Wonderful place with a great location! The only small complaint is that the mattress is very soft. Other than that it’s a great stay!

Very cozy

This place is very cozy and comfortable. Its away from all the noise on the main drag. The pool was great, not crowded. The beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy. I highly recommend this place for any couple just looking to get away.

Perfect place

Bay & Ocean Views

We enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located in walking distance to Tom Thumb convenience store, Peg Leg Pete's, the beach, and the trolly stop. Lyft and Uber responsive if needed. Nice view from the large bay windows. We had everything we needed for a short stay and all the sights were minutes away. We would stay again.

Great condo with a great view!

My son and I loved this condo! Great location looking out over the bay but just across the street from the beach. We love having the Tom Thumb and Peglegs restaurant in walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed needs an upgrade and there was black mold behind the bedroom blinds and in the closet, but those were the only bad things about the condo.

Stayed here a week mid April. Property is nicely renovated. Nice views of the bay. Short walk to the beach and a lovely pool. Only negative comment would be that the bed was a little soft in our opinion and could have used a more comfy chair to relax inside with a good book. Terrace is nicely shaded all day so not too hot as the hubby is not a fan of sun. Altogether a good experience to scope out the area and visit with family in Pensacola proper while enjoying relaxing as well.

Almost Great

1st impressions on arrival were good! Property was clean and cool air greeted us! We’ve stayed at Santa Rosa Dunes several times, so we were familiar with other units in Bldg 10. This trip was almost great with a couple of cons. Water pressure in the unit was terrible. We managed but we’re disappointed. The mattress on the bed was very “soft”

Vacation

The only problem i had was the heat. We even had someone come and look at the thermostat. It never got below 75 for the entire time. The fan they had in the closet didn’t even work well.

Nice location and area

The condo location was great. Across the street from the beach and next to the sound side of the bay. Rear deck was nice and gave great views of the water. Owner needs to update the interior furnishings and clean out all the drawers and cabinets of useless acquired items that guest have left behind. Invest in some matching dinner/glassware and coffee cups. All items were garage sale/flea market level and didn't match. #1 complaint, which is probably property management's fault, the bedding is lower end which does not fit the nice mattress and will not stay tucked in. The towels also are lower end and for a beach unit not to have beach towels is ridiculous. Also, coffee maker with no filters, washer/dryer with no laundry soap. I understand if owner is out of state and renting solely through property management, but I as an owner of my rental units, I would never let that happen. No interior lock on door also not acceptable.

Tough start, but smoothed out for the rest of our trip

We stayed for 6 weeks. The Positives : -Location is fantastic. Short walk to the Gulf beaches and to the private pier into Santa Rosa Sound. -Easy driving along Fort Pickens Road to numerous beaches, Gulf Islands National Park, and Bob Sykes Fishing Pier. -From the unit, you can see the gulf and the sound. -Outdoor balcony was quite big and nice to be on. -Bed is pretty high quality, firm but not hard. -Kitchen is good to work in; We cooked nightly. -It was nice having two bathrooms. -The elevator is modern and pretty quick. -Very good restaurant “Peg Leg Pete’s” is a two block walk from the building. -TV is good, lots of channels and access Netflix, YouTube, etc. -Fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer were all decent but the dryer was a little slow. -Parking was easy, right outside the building. Parking passes are in the unit. The Negatives : -Lighting is on the dim side. -Kitchen cookware was less than adequate. Decent sauce pans, Cheap skillets, all with peeling non-stick gouges scratched in. Glad we brought our LeCreuset from home but wished we also brought our skillet. The utensils were hodge-podge. Adequate plates, bowls, and drinking glasses, only 3 coffee mugs. -There were some initial problems. Slow draining kitchen sink, stuck garbage disposal, running bathroom toilet, TV didn't work, not enough blankets. Note though that management was responsive and quickly resolved these issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and quiet. We only had one issue with the shower, it flooded the bathroom due to the shower curtain not being long enough nor staying in place so I did Slip on the wet floor. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond and offer assistance. We would def come back. And the elevators worked the entire time!
