Awesome place. The just was very easy to reach. The condo has beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Great small grassy area for little ones to play while outside cooking. Very short walk to the beach and sailer easy to access from the lobby. Plenty of towels and space for 2-4 people. Loved this place.

Condo unit was very clean, with new furnishings, and has everything you need and is very roomy for a one bedroom. And it would probably be fine for most people but I was expecting a view of the beach and this unit has only a view of green grass, blue sky and the condo next door. The interior was art deco style, more like what I would expect in NY; not beach related, just a matter of taste. Also, being the unit right next to the condo entrance, there is a lot of traffic that you hear while sitting in the family area, but it is not noticeable when in the bedroom. However, on the plus side, the location does provide easy access to the pool and beach and for entering and exiting the condo. This unit may be perfect for some but I would not rent it again only because of the lack of a beach view and its decorated style .

The listing description does note that this ground-floor unit doesn't have an ocean view, as the dunes and native flora block that from this level, and the photos show the interior style as well. Being near the entrance can also mean more foot traffic near the family area, which comes with the convenience of easy access to the pool and beach. We're glad the location worked well for you overall.

Fantastic place

What a wonderful property! The location is perfect, easy to use the free busses. The condo had everything and was clean and very comfortable. The beach is RIGHT THERE outside, we truly could not have had a better experience.
