The condo is in an excellent location. Quiet, with views of the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions.

The condo unit appears to have been very recently renovated- it looks mostly new inside including new furnishings and appliances. Very nice location with gulf view and easy access to the beach. It was as advertised, except the pool at this building is closed and under construction.
