As of Summer 2025, this property has been beautifully updated, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. Every corner has been refreshed with a bright, beachy vibe and all-new furnishings, including a brand-new king-sized bed, side tables, dresser, coffee table, a cozy small dining table with matching chairs, and stylish new outdoor seating on the balcony so you can soak in those views in total comfort. The kitchen has been upgraded with all-new appliances, making it as functional as it is inviting. And for a fun retro twist, we've added a new Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, perfect for a bit of nostalgic entertainment after a day at the beach.

Step inside and you're greeted by a bright, welcoming kitchen just to your right, fully equipped and ready for anything from a quick bite to a full homemade meal. With full-size appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, plus all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you'll need, you'll feel right at home. If you'd rather leave the cooking to someone else, you're in luck, there are multiple on-site dining options and Myrtle Beach's endless selection of restaurants is just a short drive away. And for ultimate convenience, delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are available throughout the area.

To the left of the entryway, you'll find the first full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, mirror, and wall-mounted hairdryer, ideal for rinsing off after the beach or getting ready for the day. Just past that, a second vanity area with its own sink, mirror, and chair gives you extra space and privacy when getting dressed or freshening up.

As you move deeper into the condo, the open living area welcomes you in with natural light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The king-sized bed is cozy and inviting, flanked by matching nightstands and complemented by a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chair, side table, and a new coffee table that ties it all together. Please note: this is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in fines and eviction per resort policy. Pets are not permitted in the unit or on resort grounds. The minimum age to book is 18, and the maximum occupancy is four guests.
