Beautiful, fully furnished OCEANFRONT 1-Bedroom at Dunes Village Resort. Amazing direct ocean views from the balcony create the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the convenience of your kitchen in the unit, which features a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge. There are 2 Queens, 1 Sleeper Sofa, 1 Murphy bed (fold-down bed), and a table to enjoy meals. Take advantage of an array of outstanding onsite amenities, including in/outdoor pools, indoor water slides, kiddie pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness room, plus an onsite restaurant/lounge that serves three meals, a poolside Tiki bar, and a Starbucks Coffee shop.

The 30,000-square-foot heated indoor water park includes a 250-foot-long lazy river, Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-sized water slides, and a children's pool and game room with pool tables and other games.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach. 7 miles to the airport, 5 miles to the Family Kingdom, and 2 miles from Myrtlewood Golf Course. Minutes away from many other restaurants and attractions. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This direct oceanfront condo features 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Murphy Bed(fold-down). It has a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table. This condo sleeps 8. Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private balcony, which overlooks the beautiful ocean.

Note: You will not have access to the valet service at the resort

The back area, from the submarine through and including the kid pool, will be closed for at least the first two weeks of January and may remain closed for the rest of the month depending on progress.
You may direct guests to the Palmetto Water Park or the Front Desk for further assistance.

2.Outdoor Palmetto Pool Closure:**The outdoor Palmetto pool will be closed from **January 13 to January 15, 2025**

Room was disgusting. Saw many roaches everywhere/floors were nasty even on arrival. Random hair everywhere, dust/dirt etc. no cleaning service and nothing left to clean with. No dustpan/vacuum/cleaning products etc. 1 trash bag for a 4 night stay. was missing sheets/pillows for a bed and took a lot of texting and arguing to get them. Was told I’d be able to cook there and arrived with several small hungry children at 8pm with grocery store food and not even a baking tray for pizza/nuggets for the oven available. The pull out bed was ridiculously bent and about 2 inches thick. Even the kids could not sleep on it. Found random toys and items different places left by the last people. There’s a clauseof almost 100 things after you reserve including that they aren’t responsible for bedbugs or other issues. Disgusting place. Won’t be back. They also tell you that they delete any reviews that aren’t 4 stars or more and if they are negative so they tip the scales for people looking for reviews

Amazing

My family of 7 has an amazing time. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pools, lazy river and waterpark. Top floor was perfect as that's what we prefer. Next time, we'll definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you for having us.

What gorgeous oceanview condo in Dunes Village Resort. This unit is well maintained. Dunes Village Resort offers so many fun activities and amenities for guests. Featuring a 30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility. This is a truly great resort and convenient to the beach and the indoor waterpark is AMAZING.
