This is a well-equipped and modern holiday home spread on three floors.The accommadations has a three separated apartments.
On the ground floor is a sauna, gym, bar, playroom (PS 5 whit wr , darts, football table) and bathroom.
On the first floor is kichen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and balcony.
On the next floor is two separated apartments , each one has a kichen , two bedroom, bathroom and balcony.
Outside is kids playground (outdoor tenis table, badminton, trampoline, swings..) summer kichen with two outdoor fireplace (on wood and gas BBQ), coverd terace with outdoor shower and toilet.The house has a heated swimming pool and sunbathing area, perfect for all guests to get together, dining, relaxing around the pool.
In house can sleep up 14 guests, a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.
The house is located at 1500 squre meters of land. It has 4 outdoor parking space and 1 garage in the house.
The house is perfect for families with children who want a comfortable holiday rental close to the sea and beach, in peaceful and safe environment.

What an amazing villa, fully equipped, very clean and well kept, lots of space, lovely pool, the paddle boards, games room and bikes came in very useful and of course our amazing host Kreso who was always on hand with suggestions for activities and any queries we had. The villa is situated very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants with easy links to Split and other local towns, would definitely recommend.

The property was so much more than we could have imagined. From the location to every amenity that was provided, a stunning home for all age groups. Not only is this beautiful home, but the owner provided welcoming fruit and snacks for everyone. All in all an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful easter vacation

Everything was perfect, the house was spotlessly clean and the outside area with the pool was amazing. We had a large group of kids that had more than enough to do, with a game room, garden with all kinds of toys etc. Kreso was a fantastic host and we hope to come again one day.

Wonderful holiday in an amazing property. Perfect for family break with children of all ages. Location ideal being close to both Split and Trogir and within walking distance of local shops and beaches. Croatia is beautiful. Host (Krešo) was fabulous. Nothing was a problem. Particular thanks to him for helping organise a memorable boat trip as well as providing lots of extras to enjoy. Especially the home-made wine. Fabulous holiday enjoyed by all! X

Wow, fantastic host and property, everything was just superb. Three generations stayed for a week, enjoyed the large pool, inflatables, snacks and drinks generously provided by Kreso. We took advantage of the outside kitchen and bbq, gym, games room and bar. Everything you could possibly need was there! Something for all ages was available, table tennis, bikes, paddle boards, we used it all and had great fun. Especially enjoyed a relaxing evening watching a film on the outdoor film projector. Fabulous day out on a boat, thank you Kreso for organising. Very generous and helpful host, all essentials were included, we would definitely recommend, thank you the Wheeler family!

We really recommend this place

We had large expectation for the stay, and got even more than we expected. A perfect host, very clean both inside and outside, very nice swimming pool, lovely garden both for sunbathing and for shadows, well equipped kitchens both inside and outside, short distance to the beach, lots of possible activities for everyone, short distance from airport, well functioning Uber-car-system. We really recommend this place!

Perfect family holiday

We stayed here as a group of 3 families. We meet our host when we arrived and he explained everything we needed and took us around the villa. The outdoor fridge was full of drinks for us which was a good touch. The host then messaged us all the best places to visit for drinks and food locally. The pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend this villa for large groups of families.

We were with 11 people 14 days in this very nice house.Everything was very clean and there was everything available what you need and beyond.The host was very nice and always available. Exceeded Expectations

Wow, what a property! Great location, everything we needed was in a walkable distance. The property was fantastic, everything you could possibly require, it was there. Activities everywhere you turned. Pool area was a highlight, you didnt really need to go inside as everything you require was by the pool. The host was so accomodating, couldnt have done more for us. A great family holiday!

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa, incredibly accommodating hosts. Every need is catered for, from welcome drinks and ice creams, to pool towels, and snacks for the children on arrival. So much high quality equipment to keep busy with including paddle boards, bikes, games room and gym equipment. The children loved the pool and didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return.

Villa Nautica was absolutely perfect for our family of 13. The villa is beautiful and very well equiped. The pool and outdoor kitchen area is very special with a gas barbecue and a wonderful variety of games equipment. Our excellent host was very welcoming and generous with drinks on our arrival and always ready to help with advice and to quick;y sort out any small problems.The villa is located with only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and and a beautiful beach area.

A property that really does have it all!

The communication with the property owner was fantastic from booking to departure . On arrival at the property the owner showed us round, gave us a drink from a wide selection he had left for us, and made us feel really relaxed. The property is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need, to keep our party of 2-80 year olds happy! Each apartment is really well equipped, and the outdoor space is perfect. It is great to have three separate indoor spaces. It was an easy walk to shops and the beach, as well as some good local food and drinks places. We went into both Split and Trogir on the number 37 bus from the main road a couple of minutes away. The whole party of 13 had a very memorable holiday, and we would love to return one day.

Great family property

A great house with three separate apartments perfect for an extended family stay! Playground suited for kids ages 3-8 and lots of pool toys makes for happy kids :) Host is very charming and generous! Mind that the pool is somewhat salty so swimming googles are recommended (some are available at the property). Location is quite nice, a short walk to beach and supermarket, and amazing ice cream! Not too many fancier restaurants nearby but for pizza and kebab you’re home.

Excellent in every way

12 person group ages between 4-70 loved the place. Separate flats made accomodation easy when travelling with three families, little ones and bunch of teens. Peaceful location near beach and 20min away from Split center and trogir. Food and grocery stores and bakeries only a walk away. Cooking and dinging facilities in and out were great. Large charcoal / wood grill was real bonus. Lots of things to do: Pool, gym, gaming room. "winebar" and even own park for the youngest. Sup boards and bikes... You name it. Owners absolutely kind, pollite and helpful attitude was the cherry on top. Thank you Krešimir. Keep up the good work and take care.

Outstanding

The villa is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need, including a garage that is stocked with bikes, paddle boards and various toys. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the beach and we used Ubers to travel into Split. The owner, Krešo, was very helpful and responded to queries very quickly. He sent lots of WhatsApps to us on the first day with location links to supermarkets and restaurants nearby. He also went out of his way to help us book a private boat trip, and to track down some sun block for the little ones when we couldn’t find any in the local supermarkets. Krešo was also very generous supplying us with a cabinet full of drinks on arrival, including some homemade wine and a bottle of his homemade olive oil as a gift. I don’t usually visit the same place twice but it would feel criminal not to go back!

Amazing!!

Every last detail in this property has been considered to ensure a perfect stay. Our family group of 12 ranged from a 3 year old to a 78 year old and everyone had an amazing time. The layout of the accommodation was great, giving privacy to smaller groups whilst the larger apartment was being able to easily seat us all together for breakfast. The huge selection of toys, games and sports equipment kept everyone entertained. The beautiful pool, poolside area, outside eating/entertaining area was stunning and fully equipped to cater for our large family. The bus and trains were easily accessible for trips out of town, the local area had great walks up into the hills or down to the local beaches and historic buildings with good and reasonably priced restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The property was safe and quiet with loads of local supermarkets, most within walking distance. All in all a perfect holiday and highly recommended. We must also mention our brilliant host, who was generous, helpful and nothing that we asked for was too much trouble & always delivered oromplty. We would love to return. Absolutely incredible villa

We had an amazing week at Kreso’s villa in May with our group of 7, including a 1.5-year-old – we only wish we’d stayed longer! The property is beautifully designed and incredibly well-equipped. Split across three separate villas, it’s perfect for larger groups who want shared time and personal space. Kreso has thought of everything: welcome snacks, drinks (including delicious homemade wine and olive oil), toiletries, sanitary products, and loads of toys for all ages.The kids’ playground was a huge hit (just watch the step for the trampoline as was a bit unsteady), and the garage was packed with extras for pool and outdoor fun - our baby had his first bike ride! The pool is a great size for kids and adults, and the entertainment options are outstanding: PlayStation, racing simulator, table tennis, badminton, and a large, well-equipped gym.The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to a small stone beach and nearby cocktail bars with a kids’ play areas. Restaurants and food shops are within easy walking distance. We used Uber for everything (highly recommend it over airport taxis – much cheaper!) and took a day trip to beautiful Split.Do bring mosquito spray – bites were common even during the day, though Kreso provides plug-ins and outdoor repellents.A perfect villa for families or groups looking to relax and have fun. Truly one of the most thoughtfully prepared places we’ve ever stayed! We will be back!

A relaxing home from home with lots of luxury’s.

An Amazing holiday, an Amazing house and an Amazing host. It was our first visit to Croatia and we will definitely be back, very beautiful place and very friendly people. I wasn’t expecting it to be so residential from the VRBO pictures, but after staying there I feel it added to its charm and it’s only a few short streets walk to the sea, which you can see from the balcony’s on both floors. Once inside the gates you feel like you are in your own private world. It’s very peaceful . Kresimir was there to greet us and gave us a tour and a beer by the pool. Throughout our stay he was available to help with any issues or advice we needed. He was also very generous with his beer and wine. The property is everything you see in the photos and feels more spacious.Our group ranged from19 to 80yrs and there was something for everyone! We particularly made use of the heated pool and outside BBQ area along with the games room and gym. Our first 36 hours was a biblical storm and the games room was perfect way to relax on our first full day. The rest of the week was beautiful sunshine, pool and sightseeing days. The No 37 bus runs regularly between Trogir and split and only costs a few euros or you can book an Uber! We found Trogir more relaxing than split as split was much busier but does have more to see from a historical perspective. The KRKA National park is very very beautiful and worth a trip if your fit enough for the walk which includes steep stairs and paths .

Traumhaus mit allem was man benötigt

Wir haben hier fast zwei Wochen unvergessliche Tage erlebt. Es gibt wirklich alles, was benötigt wird. Ob jung oder alt - wir haben uns so richtig wohlgefühlt. Danke lieber Vermieter auch für voll gefüllten Getränkekühlschränke am Pool. Echt klasse !!! Dieses Haus kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Wauw wat een mega luxe, uitgebreide villa mochten we verblijven met familie. Het is te tof hoe dit huisje is uitgerust: een walhalla voor kinderen en volwassenen. En de gastvrijheid was ongeëvenaard. We hebben genoten en komen ontzettend graag terug ❤️!
