Great villa to relax and explore the area

We had a great stay with a group of 14 guys here! The pool, the view and sitting possibilities are amazing! And its very nice that Marina came every morning to clean everything. You can easily go to trogir or drive to split or krka waterfalls.

Great house for families

The house was lovely and we had a great time! It has an amazing view and feels very inviting. There is some construction happening now that was pretty loud in the mornings but hopefully it ends soon. Overall a great place!

Great house, great location, great service

We had a nice stay in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and there was enough room for our four families. Also, the view is amazing! Only drawback was the pool heating not working. But we don't blame the owner for that problem since it was very hot the weeks before so probably nobody noticed it until our stay. Would definitely book this house again!

Luxury Villa Amarina

Delightful spacious villa in great location up a hill with fantastic views but only 15 mins walk to the town and beach. The villa worked very well for our family of 3 generations, plenty of space both inside and out. Kitchens equipped with every gadget you might need. Master bedroom suite with private balcony just perfect and the 7 year old loved the children's attic room. We hope to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

Lovely and large villa in a fantastic location

The Villa is at the top of a hill looking down over the bay of Trogir. It is quiet and secluded and has lots of space inside. The views from the terraces are wonderful. Initially wasn't sure of the dark blue walls/décor because when you first enter from a bright day it seems gloomy. However, on days when the temperature hit 35-40 degrees the dark interior of the villa was cool and welcoming. Great option to book a chef to serve dinner for the first weekend and the manager sent great whats app communications in the run up to the visit. I can fully recommend this villa and in our opinion Trogir was nicer than Split and a wonderful place to go for dinner in the evenings.

Incredible Stay at the Villa Amarina

Our extended family of 14 people, aged 11-80 just spent 10 days at this incredible villa. The villa exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible, the rooms were spacious, the pool was gorgeous and the host was responsive, attentive and proactive. Stephane was a remarkable host. He connected us with services that we may want to take advantage of during our stay (boat tours, drivers, massages, photographers, chefs, tour guides etc). He had a cleaning service come to the villa daily and took care of all of our needs within 24 hours of the request. The location of the villa is phenomenal - close to Trogir, Split, Krka waterfalls, Omis, Hvar, other islands, etc. The villa is secluded and high enough up to enable gorgeous views of the sea while being close enough to walk to and from the amazing old city of Trogir. it is worth noting that you will need to walk up a steep hill upon returning from the old town of Trogir, so we were happy we had rented a car to drive the grandparents to and from town. We had a wonderful time at Villa Amarina and would highly recommend staying at this fabulous home if you plan to visit the beautiful island of Ciovo.

Beautiful house for luxurious holiday

We spent a wonderful week in this very beautiful well kept house that is situated in a peaceful place on top of the hill. There was plenty of room for two families with altogether five children and all facilities were excellent. Our children preferred the pool but there was only ten minutes walk to the nearest beach and a longer beach was also nearby. We visited often in a simple restaurant (pizza, pasta, grilled meat) down the hill and purcased simple groceries from the grocery store opposite to it. Charming Trogir is from 20 minutes walk from the house and there were plenty of other restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very helpful and responded quickly our emails. The only thing that should perhaps be considered beforehand is that the house is really on top of the hill and all routes there go really deeply upwards. It was really hard work (and exercise :)) climbing up there especially with trolleys and we could not have managed to get our water bottles and groceries there without a car. So renting a car or organizing a food delivery by the owner is recommended.

It does not get any better than this !!

What can I say? Where do I start? First of all, the best communication you can imagine, including good tips and contacts regarding possible excursions. We were welcomed with a snack and water, wine and beer were already chilled in the fridge. Every day the bathrooms were cleaned, the beds made and the kitchen floor swept or even mopped! Even the beds were covered in between.... The furnishings are very nice, the view is gorgeous as well! The pool is very clean, the sunbeds comfortable! We also got to know the owner Stéphane personally, his concern at all times was to make us feel comfortable and I can only say he is a great host. We would book there again in a heartbeat! I can imagine that you could also spend Christmas here together as a family. Then the sauna and steam bath would come into play, which are really nice. At 38 degrees, that wasn't necessary this time :-). We would like to thank Stéphane and Marina for the great time in this great house.

Beautiful house in a charming town

Our group of 10 (two families with two children each, plus another married couple) just returned from a week stay at Villa Amarina and we couldn't have been more pleased. First of all, the house is fantastic. The entire house has been recently remodeled to a very high standard. The kitchens (yes, two full kitchens) and bathrooms are modern and well appointed. The bedrooms are decently sized and very tastefully decorated. There is air conditioning throughout the house, with individual thermostats in each room. There is a large sauna and steam room just inside from the pool deck. The best part, however, is the view. Having coffee in the morning, eating dinner outside, or glass of wine at sunset while looking out at the sea and the islands is a sublime experience. Anna, the concierge, was very helpful. She helped us book two dinners at home prepared by local chef Tatjana. Gordana, who comes each day to clean, is also a wealth of information about the area. Trogir, the UNESCO listed local town, is both beautiful and pleasant to walk around. The local beaches (we went mostly to Okrug Gornji) are great and populated mostly by Croatians. The Adriatic is very clean and refreshing to swim in on a hot day. The restaurants we went to were mostly very good. Fresh ingredients, interesting local dishes, friendly service.The prices are more than fair. A half liter local beer in a bar on the beach costs just a few dollars. The locals we met couldn't have been nicer. The Dalmatians don't seem to be jaded by foreign tourists yet, and were always willing to talk and give advice. If you take a few minutes to learn a couple of words of Croatian it goes a long way. The sunset cruise around the islands that Anna arranged for us was a highlight. Make sure to visit Primošten, about a 45 minute drive to the north. Just a few words of caution. The house is on the top of a very steep hill, so a car is really a must if you have anyone in your group who is not extremely fit. There can also be a lot of traffic getting to and from the house. The house is on the island of Ćiovo, which is connected by a two lane bridge to mainland. The bridge is a bit of a choke point for traffic, so leave enough time if you have to be somewhere on time. All in all, Villa Amarina is certainly one of the best properties we have ever rented, and this part of the Dalmatian Coast is not to be missed.

Très belle villa

Nous venons de séjourner 2 semaines dans cette superbe villa. Nous étions un grand groupe et chacun y a trouvé sa place. Il y a 2 très grandes tables, exposées différemment permettant de profiter au mieux de l’extérieur. A noter également, que la piscine est équipée d’une plage permettant aux plus petits de bien profiter. L’accès plage/mer est proche même si la route est très pentu. La villa est bien isolée permettant d’être au calme. Je recommande!

Un balcon sur l'Adriatique............................

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison de rêve . 12 personnes de trois générations , chacun a trouve sa place , son espace , la possibilité d'être ensemble ou de s'isoler.La maison est très confortable , les vues sont sublimes . La proximité de la jolie ville de Trogir est un plus que ce soit pour faire les courses ou aller boire un verre et comme cette ville est piétonne cela permettait aux enfants de gambader en toute sécurité autour de nous tout en renversant leurs glaces sur leurs vêtements tout propres!! Que dire de plus , la sollicitude de Stephane le charmant propriétaire et l'efficacité tout en discrétion de Marina qui vient chaque matin ont été très appréciées. Nous étions bien tristes en partant mais nous avons emporté avec nous un peu de ce coin de Croatie .

Accueil chaleureux par les représentants de l'agence avec un petit buffet surprise. Villa avec un équipement complet, une décoration extrêmement soignée, un panorama à couper le souffle ! C'est un lieu enchanteur propice à la convivialité. Les restaurants que nous avons appréciés : Calebotta dans la vielle ville, Léonardo à Okrug, Pasjke comme traiteur autour de la piscine a fait l'unanimité.

Tolles Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus ist gross und sehr schön. Obwohl wir 18 Personen im Haus waren (8 Erwachsene und 10 Teenager), hatten wir nicht das Gefühl dass es zu eng war. Durch die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen hat es sich gut verteilt. Besonders die Terrasse mit 2 grossen Tischen bietet eine grossartige Aussicht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Stephane war ausgezeichnet. Er hat bereits vor der Anreise auf die vielen Fragen innert kürzerster Zeit geantwortet. Er hat uns Restaurant und eine Bootstour vermittelt. Die Bootstour ist absolut empfehlenswert um die schönen Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser zu erkunden. Marina hat jeden Morgen die Zimmer gemacht, geputzt und den Abfall entsorgt. Sie ist sehr diskret. Man hat meist fast gar nicht bemerkt dass sie überhaupt da ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuss gut machbar. Zurück zum Haus ist ebenfalls zu Fuss machbar, aber sehr steil. Oder ganz einfach für die kurze Strecke ein Taxi nehmen. Wir empfehlen das Haus absolut weiter.

Toller Ort - schöne Villa - herrlicher Pool

Alles in allem wäre dies der perfekte Ort bei perfekten Wetterverhältnissen für perfekte Familienferien gewesen, wenn nicht der Baulärm am Nachbargrundstück uns die letzten Nerven gekostet hätten. Tolle Ausstattung wie beschrieben, Türkisches Bad super, toller Pool, alles wie gewünscht. Tipp: Nicht im Oktober buchen, da im Sommer jegliche Bautätigkeit verboten ist. Ab Oktober wird alles nachgeholt Das permanente Hämmern der Steinzertrümmer-Maschinen zertrümmert dir das Gehirn.

Ein Paradies für uns: Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Villa Trogir

wir möchten uns herzlich für den wundervollen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Villa in Trogir bedanken. Als Gastgeber wart ihr einfach super! Von Anfang an habt ihr uns herzlich empfangen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Eure Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Organisation war perfekt. Alles war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die Villa war in einem makellosen Zustand und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung und der Komfort haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab genügend Platz für unsere Gruppe von 12 Personen, um sich zu entspannen und das gemeinsame Zusammensein zu genießen. Die Gegend rund um die Villa ist einfach traumhaft. Trogir ist eine malerische Küstenstadt mit so viel Charme und Geschichte. Die Villa selbst befindet sich in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Umgebung, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom kristallklaren Wasser der Adria entfernt. Der Blick von der Villa aus war einfach atemberaubend und wir haben es genossen, ihn gemeinsam mit unseren Freunden zu bewundern. Die Tage konnten wir entweder am Pool verbringen oder die nahegelegenen Strände erkunden. Außerdem war die Villa ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die umliegenden Inseln zu entdecken und das Beste der dalmatinischen Küste zu erkunden. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in eurer Villa in Trogir einfach unvergesslich. Wir möchten uns nochmals für eure Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Wir sind eine 12 Personen Gruppe (nur Erwachsene, zwischen 28 und 63) gewesen und alle haben sich Pudelwohl gefühlt. Von Beginn an eine ganz hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer des Hauses. Bei den kleinsten Fragen über WhatsApp, hat man promt eine Antwort bekommen. Jeden Tag wurden die Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer gereinigt und frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Die Außenanlage ( Garten und auch die Terassen) sind super gepflegt, bieten für jeden Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wie auch ein geselliges Zusammensein. Für ausreichend Schattenplätze wurde gesorgt. In dem Poolbreich gibt es neue Loungemöbel, die super bequem sind. Um die Wasserqualität wird sich alle drei Tage gekümmert, so dass das Wasser immer Top ist. Der Wellnessbereich wurde von einigen von uns auch gerne genutzt (Sauna und Türkischesdampfbad). Die Küchenausstattung für 16 Personen ist top. Kurzer Weg (mit dem Auto) zu dem nächsten Badestrand, Strandbar und Restaurants. Nach Trogir ist es mit dem Auto auch nur ein kurzer Weg. Alles zusammengefasst war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt für jeden Einzelnen für uns. Wir würden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen :) R&T

What a stay!

We had a wonderful stay and Stephane was a very helpful host who will take care that you have a great time. In fact, he's very responsive and addresses your individual needs. The pictures of the villa are self-speaking and can only be exceeded if you've been there! Everything was clean and to our fullest expectations. I'd definitely recommend a stay here, it's just amazing.

Villa mit Charme, aber größeren Mängel und schlechtem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Lage: Sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht die Halbinsel Ciovo und das Meer, angenehmer Abstand zur übrigen Bebauung. Der Strand ist nach ca. 500 m erreicht, sehr steile Straße, in der Regel wird ein Auto benötigt, am Strand kaum Parkmöglichkeit. Grundstück: Grundstück nicht sehr groß, überwiegend am Hang, außer im Poolbereich. Pool relativ klein, wurde regelmäßig gechlort/gewartet, leider kein Dusche am Pool. Boule, Badminton, Volleyball sind auf dem Grundstück nicht möglich. Parkgelegenheit für mehrere Fahrzeuge, Wenden sehr umständlich. Ferienhaus: Von außen schön, innen grundsätzlich ansprechend, allerdings weder im Außenbereich noch innen gut gepflegt und wenig funktionell. Vor dem Haus links neben dem Eingang standen zu entsorgende Elektrogroßgeräte aus der Einbauküche (nach Auskunft eines Handwerkers, s.u., stehen sie dort schon seit Saisonbeginn). Von zwei Eingangstüren waren nur für eine Schlüssel vorhanden, die andere ließ sich nur mit großem Kraftaufwand schließen. Kochfeld in der Küche während des Aufenthalts defekt, wurde nach zehn Stunden durch den Handwerker (s.o.) repariert, nach seiner Angabe das zweite Mal in dieser Saison. Die Beleuchtung über dem Kochfeld funktionierte nicht konnte auch durch den Handwerker nicht repariert werden. Bei mehreren Duschen floss das Wasser in Richtung Raum, statt in Richtung Abfluss. Die Klimaanlage war an heißen Tagen völlig überfordert, sie „kühlte“ die Räume nur auf 28 ° C. Bei unserer Ankunft war kein Fernsehgerät funktionsfähig. Nur das Gerät im Wohnbereich konnte durch den Handwerker in Ordnung gebracht werden. Es kam täglich eine freundliche Reinigungskraft ins Haus, die die Bäder oberflächlich reinigte, die Betten machte und Handtücher und Bettwäsche wusch. Insgesamt bräuchte das Haus eine sorgfältige Grundreinigung und umfassende technische Überholung. Infrastruktur: Während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach Stromausfall, einmal abends für ca. 6 Stunden, in denen es auch kein Wasser gab. Leider kein entsprechender Hinweis des Gastgeber, obwohl beides nach Auskunft von ständigen Bewohnern der Halbinsel dort häufiger vorkommt. Gastgeber: Gastgeber stets höflich/freundlich, sehr gut zu erreichen. Der wiederholt benötigte Handwerker, für alle Reparaturen zuständig, wurde meistens kurzfristig geschickt. Fazit: Haus hat Charme, erreicht aber in keiner Weise das Niveau, das man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten kann. Gesamturteil: Objekt nicht zu empfehlen

The whole team is very disappointed with such negative comments, and surprised since Norbert and his team said they enjoyed their stay when they left the villa. It’s the only negative comment we’ve had in 8 years. We will continue doing our best for the satisfaction of our guests.

Wunderbare Villa in traumhafter Lage.

Die Villa hat alles was man sich für einen Traumurlaub wünscht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, mit Blick auf das Meer und in 20 Minuten Geh-Entfernung von Trogir Centrum. Das ganze Haus ist großzügig gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist natürlich der Hammer! Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer verlief immer flott und vor Ort war der zuständige "Hausmeister" sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank aus Der Eifel in Deutschland.
