BEACH HAVEN St. George Island Vacation Rental - Exquisitely decorated old Florida style ground level home with all the comforts of home. Beach Haven is perfect for family gatherings. It has a large open floor plan with plenty of space and seating, it's four bedrooms (two master king suites) corner the house providing privacy to all.. You're only 300 feet from the beach and steps away from your private swimming pool (heated in winter upon request for an additional fee). Our fenced in yard provides the perfect vacation for your four legged guests too! For additional privacy we have a queen suite located behind Beach Haven.

We went for a family vacation, the location was great. Check in was a great. The house was beautiful, had a fenced yard for my small dog. The pool was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

All bathrooms need upgrading. The fixtures were very hard to deal with. The overall poor maintenance of the outside. Small roaches were found in the one bedroom building. Also, in the same building, the shower curtain rod was too wide for moving the shower curtain back and forth. The bed was uncomfortable (felt like the mattress cover lapped the boxed springs).Broken laundry room door in the main house. It was clear to see when we arrived. Why wasn’t it fixed beforehand? The kitchen in the main house could use some updated appliances and pots/pans. My family did have a good time together the entire time. We all enjoyed the pool very much every day. The lay out of the house accommodated all family members plus the dog. Having the entire front yard fenced in was convenient. The dog enjoyed being able to run and we were able to watch her safety.Thank you for letting me share.

We’re sorry that several aspects of the property did not meet expectations, particularly the bathroom fixtures, maintenance issues, pests, shower curtain rod, mattress, and laundry room door. We wish we had been notified during your stay so we could have addressed these concerns promptly, especially the door and pest issue. We are reviewing each item with our maintenance team and will work on the necessary upgrades and repairs. We appreciate your positive comments and hope you’ll consider staying with us again.
