The condo itself was good for the price. I wish it had some additional blankets and pillows. Mattresses weren’t great but ok for a short stay. The building was a little dated but was nice to have multiple pools and food options onsite. Walk to the beach doesn’t seem so short when you’re walking with a bunch of beach stuff. The trolly is available but not much space for beach stuff and a family. Bring a wagon!

The house had all the necessary but it had a really important drawback, The big bed in the 5 people room was broken and it sound so loud during the hole night. It didn´t let us sleep. the sound was so loud that it could even be heard from the other room with the doors closed.

The unit was a little smaller than we thought it would be. Beds were not very comfortable, sheets were super thin and cheap. Unit was not as clean as it could have been. The building is old, and needs to be updated. Paint peeling in many places on the building. The elevator is super slow. The showers need to be updated.

The condo was very cozy with comfy couches and beds. It was clean and well organized. There were several little touches that showed attention to detail. Other items needed more attention like the toilet paper holder and towel hook in the master bath. I could have used sharper knives and more bigger pots to cook for my family. We weren't able to use the beach items because they were either broken or too rusty. Overall, though, it had everything we needed and more. I know the owners probably do all they can do. It looked as if former guests just didn’t take care of things as if they were their own.

Family Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying in Hilton Head at this resort but 1st at this condo. If you're looking for a budget friendly family vacation spot this is the place to be. The beach itself is nice. The resort does have condition issues including peeling paint and pools not the cleanest. It is nice to have the indoor pools for the kiddos either at the end of the day, when they've had too much sun or it's storming. We were unimpressed with the condo. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable and there were not enoigh pillows. The kids room was nice and batrooms ok. The kitchen was sub par. The appliances were definitely not updated. And in order to open the oven you have to open the fridge. It was difficult to cook a meal for the family because it was not fully equipped.

Great Resort

This resort was centralized to everything Hilton Head had to offer. We were in the building with the indoor pool which we really appreciated. There were some maintenance issues upon arrival but were promptly fixed and we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying again!

Defective Lock and Dirty Linen

Property booked to celebrate my son's and my Birthday. Drove 3hrs to HHI arrived at the property just before 8:00PM only to find that there was no record of our booking at the front gate. We had to pull over to show them our booking receipts. Once admitted, arrived at the building and walked around trying to find an elevator carrying all our luggage and gift bags. We got to the correct floor and had to walk to the opposite side to get to our unit. Entered the given key code and it didn't work. We tried it several times carefully pushing each number followed by the 'enter' button to no avail. After trying to troubleshoot on our own, rechecking the code, etc I called the two phone numbers provided for the property manager. I got a call back after about 10 mins and explained the situation. It was shared that they were aware that one of the numbers in the code was 'sticking' and really had to be pushed hard to register. I was also reprimanded for not calling for help sooner. I think the bigger question is why we weren't forewarned that the digital lock was tricky? Once finally inside the unit we were greeted by dead bugs, stained linen, and previous water leak stains or bubbling of drywall/varnish. Like EVERY single bed had some piece of stained linen on it. Several of the towels had hair (not belonging to anyone in our party) interwoven into the fibers. We were not able to get the unit to lock upon leaving for the day, and had to call to get those instructions. Despite being told the night before that the call response rate was within 15 minutes, we had to call a second time after our first call a few hours earlier was not returned. We enjoyed the resort itself and used the pickleball courts, pool/spa, and shuttle to the beach. It was also centrally located and close to attractions. We would definitely stay at the resort again, but NOT this particular unit.

Our stay was pretty good only downside was set the indoor jacuzzi and pool was not open during our stay for whatever reason but it open right back up on Monday that was kind of a disappointment and there also was a very heavy set man who worked at the property who was really rude and really need to get some training in customer service

There were candy wrappers still on the couch, old food on the top of the fridge, and hair balls under the beds. Only took a few minutes to sweep up but it was at the beginning of my Vacation. Overall very pleased and would recommend to friends and will most likely stay again

Ok stay....

At arrival condo was very hot temperature wise. There was a horrible smell of sewage coming from guest bathroom. Contacted the property manager and that was no help. The refrigerator and the air conditioning never caught up the whole week we were there. The walk to the beach is brutal.....shuttle only runs at certain hours and only for an hour at a time when it’s running. The condo itself was lack luster and in desperate need of updates. Overall we made the best of it and had a great time.

Terrible

Floors were not swept or mopped. Quilts do NOT get washed, only sheets. This is unsanitary and disgusting. Luckily we brought sn extra blanket for my daughter to use because her quilt was stained. There were other minor issues as well. The owner was communicative and apologetic but we were in the room for 3 days before a resolution was offered but by then it was too late. The entire place has a gross feel to it.

Fun Family Weekend

We headed to Hilton Head from Wilmington. Our goal was to take a short break from Hurricane Florence clean up and have a little family fun. The resort is conveniently located near the local yacht club which allowed our son to do some Opti sailing as well. The condo was clean and comfortable. The children enjoyed swimming in the pools and playing on the beach. The customer service was excellent. Robin McLean went over and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed their stay.

Great Place / Close to the Beach and Other Entertainment

While the room did have some minor issues; the linens and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities are great at Hilton Head Resort. It is just 1/2 mile walk to the beach (and the beach is beautiful! We liked this beach more than Coligny; it was cleaner and the sand was prettier and not as crowded). It is close to anything you want to do on the island; we rented bikes and biked everywhere...including to breakfast every day. Great vacation!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This condo was just the right size for a weekend get away with a few friends. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool during the way while also relaxing in our private condo at night.
