Come stay at our cozy townhouse located in a military neighborhood 5mins from JAX Navy Base and Interstate 295. Surrounded by nearby shopping centers and golf courses. 15mins from Downtown, The Stadium and Arena. 10mins from Riverside nightlife and Orange Park. Our Family and Pet-friendly home includes a private fenced in Backyard with screened in Patio and grilling area. Washer and dryer with fully equipped kitchen and family sized dining area, a driveway that parks up to 4 cars and street parking that allows Riggs and large Box Trucks. Enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi at 300MBPS with TVs in each room. Its a sure thing you'll enjoy your stay here.

Check in was smooth and easy with clear instructions prior to arrival. Place is cute and cozy and conveniently located to everything. The only issue we had was no hand soap to wash your hands but we improvised and used our body wash.

It was a really good stay. Beds were comfortable,clean and very inviting. We were provided with all amenities. The neighborhood was safe. Check in was easy. The place looked exactly like the photos. Instructions were easy to follow and the host was very responsive. I would definitely book this place again if available.

To start with, I had to send 2 messages to the host to get the code to get it, the last one I was sitting in the driveway. The neighborhood is unkept, overgrown yards and over filled garage. Loud rap music across the street. Yapping dog next door.The place is nice, but needs some work to bring it up to par. Bring your own bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. You get what you pay for.
