Esta cómoda y elegante casa de vacaciones fue construida en 2012 y ofrece todo lo que necesita para unas relajantes vacaciones con su familia o amigos. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama king size, así como baño con ducha sin barreras. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con TV HD de pantalla plana, estaciones de carga de iPod / iPhone, ventilador de techo y armarios empotrados.

El tercer dormitorio tiene un reproductor de DVD y un segundo baño se encuentra en el pasillo entre los otros dos dormitorios. Otro gran televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición y un reproductor de DVD se encuentran en la sala de estar generosamente proporcionada.

We absolutely loved this place! Very clean and comfy. The home had everything we needed and easy access to the beach and local area restaurants and shops. Communication with the owners was easy and they took note of a few things that needed attention. Pool area was perfect with nice landscaping, warm water and the necessary pool toys. Thank you for a a home away from home

Great stay

Overall the property was perfect for our family trip. This is definitely a neighborhood area and the house is a duplex, so you have some really close neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was spotless and very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach especially while hauling wagon, cooler, chairs and floats. Management company was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning.

Description is wrong it's not a house it's a shared condo Upon check in pool was very dirty AC went out 2nd day there and was asked to stay at house to empty buckets of water until HVAC guy showed up which I'm on vacation was told by 530 he would be there did not show up till 1030 pm that night so we came back to property at 130pm an Sat there till 530 he never showed so couldn't leave or do anything 1030pm he shows up with flash lights inside windows and doors knocking on door Its a nice condo but very mislead it's not a house it's a shared condo

Excellent home.

We loved the Turtle Nest. There was some construction next door but honestly we were fine with it as we understand repairs from hurricane damage continues. The home exceeded our expectations. The pool, beach equipment a HUGE plus!

Amazing property/ POOL thumbs up

Best out of 6 rentals that we have experienced!! The pool is exactly like in the pictures. It was the highlight of our stay. We stayed with our daughter and SIL and our 2 grandbabies, 5 and 3. 10 daysThe house is spacious and so cutely decorated, the couch and beds are very comfortable. We had most of our meals outside (we are from MN so every second we can be enjoying the Florida weather we do)The house has all the plastic dishes to do so, and also glass wear to eat inside, very well equipped- even has a blender!!!There are a lot of pool toys and beach toys, we left many new ones behind.The beach cart is one of the better ones we have had. Many beach chairs and 2 great umbrellas, everything you need. The house has more than enough towels and there is a new washer and dryer in the house. Great showers. Only thing the outside shower should be closed so you could really shower outside, only critique. The beach is only 2 and a half blocks away, you have to cross Palm Drive but its no problem drivers on the island are always gracious to walkers.The island is also all back in business so don't worry about anything.Also the property is in walking distance to many shops and the trolley is the best you can get anywhere. We debated on renting a car or a golf cart, but we went off the island for fishing so we went for the vehicle, but if you don't plan to leave the island a golf cart would be so much fun.My grandson before we left asked to come back, would be my wish too. :-)

Beautiful Property

This home and property is beautiful. The pool was wonderful and I could actually get some (short) laps everyday. I wish I could say comfortable. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Not "lounge-able" for TV viewing. The bed was way too soft and high. We had a few issues that were addressed almost immediately, but no weekend service from the Island Dreams.

Get Away

We traveled with my 86-year-old dad. Having a private pool as well as private beach access was perfect! The option to go to several other beaches very close by was also a plus. No shortage of restaurants either. For our family, this was the get away that we needed!

Great place! Great location!

It was overall a terrific stay!! However, a few things need some updating/replacing. The master bed was just awful; caved into the middle and the pillows are flat as a board. In addition, the beach chairs were all rusted or close to breaking- make sure you’ve had a tetnis shot! Other than those things the place was clean, close to the beach and the pool was perfect! Would recommend for sure!

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had enough room for 4-6 people. Its not a huge house, but it has everything you need and a large pool. We spent half our time outside and half inside. Short 5 min walk to the beach, and the property has all the gear you need + a beach wagon to haul it there. We cooked many meals here and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend this place. Mgt was super helpful for the little things we had questions about.

Lovely rental with everything you need.

Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Entertaining areas have everything you need. Awesome little essentials bag to get you started with soaps/paper products. The in unit washer/dryer was fantastic! We all thought the beds were quite comfortable despite other reviews.

Nice place but

Decent house, nice patio and pool, kitchen well stocked BUT no hand soaps provided in bathrooms, kitchen chairs terribly uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable, mattress's extremely uncomfortable especially the second bedroom king, pillows terribly uncomfortable. A good night’s sleep is important. Location great.

Nice, but not kid friendly!

The house was pretty and clean like the pictures. Check in process was simple. The walk to the beach is a little haul, we would have someone drop us off at the entrance. We had two 10 year old girls and they were just playing in the pool, we had a lady behind the fence come over and ring the doorbell. She said the girls were being too loud! She had already called the rental company and everything. I explained to her they were two 10 year olds having fun in the pool, it had been crappy weather and we had drove 14 hours to get there. They were excited for a sunny day. I thought that was really rude. I made the girls be quieter, but this is a vacation rental, they should be able to have all the fun they want on fall break. It’s not like they are loud teens or anything. So for that reason, we will not be back!

Anna Marie Island Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. The home was perfect for our family of 6, and conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was great to have and we ended most of our days there. The beds were comfortable. My few suggestions for improvement would be an upgrade to the living room furniture, it was not very comfortable, and a bit overcrowded. I would also suggest a larger kitchen waste can and 2nd one for recyclables. There were also no grilling utensils which made it hard to use the grill. That being said, these are minor suggestions- because our stay was absolutely terrific!

Retirement celebration

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect for a family of four. The living room area is pretty small but we didn't spend much time in there. Our one suggestion would be a larger waste basket in the kitchen. There was only a small one and no place to but the recycles. The pool was wonderful! We really enjoyed it. The beach equipment was great to have and we took advantage of it. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Turtle Nest is a cute house with small pool. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had a great time hanging out by the pool.

Not much more to say that has not already been shown on your reviews. It was a great spot as advertised terrific for our five and nine year old granddaughters. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
