Admire Crystal River from elevated porch area in this private stilt home. Feel like you are on the water even from inside...windows offer lovely vistas from the great room and kitchen! Enjoy light flooring and nautical decor with all the amenities, internet and entertainment center. Downstairs is a screened area for grilling which overlooks the dock and cleaning station.

Winter is booked by the month only. Rate is $4300, one time cleaning fee $150 and 11% tax. February alone cannot be booked.

Please do not encroach on neighboring property or dock. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Room to park cars and boat trailer on the grass DIRECTLY across from our home. Dock accommodates motor or sailboat....wide deep canal. Boat ramp is about a mile past our entrance and takes only 6 minutes to drive your boat around to the dock. Home is about five houses from mouth of river on the west side. I know that you will love the location, 2835 N Seneca Pointe.

Some tour boat operators will pick you up at our dock. One is at FloridaFishingAdventures.com 352-601/1963. We have a fishing guide residing on our canal. Socrates is popular and should be booked in advance at 352/895-9502. Other operators/guides are available if you look on the internet. Holiday weekends are a three night minimum. 2027 Winter months available: Jan 1 - 31; February 1 - 28; March 1 - 31. $4300 a month, $150 cleaning fee. There is an 11% tax. Message me and I will send you the special offer to reflect those figures.

We leave recreation equipment in the screen room downstairs and expect you to be respectful REPLACING our things free of damage and mud. Boat and Kayak users need to tie up at dock to accommodate the two ft. tide change.

Our kayaks, life vests and bicycles need to be replaced AS THEY WERE FOUND. Do NOT leave kayaks in the sun. They will warp. For boats, we recommend a spring line to keep boats from sliding under dock or there may be a damage to the boats and/or to the dock!

After staying in many vacation homes ourselves, we can say confidently that our home is above-average in all ways! We ask that you treat all furnishings with respect. Please supervise children.

Scalloping Regulations in the Crystal River area: 2 gallons per person (10 gallons max per boat) or 1 pint of scallops shucked per person (1/2 gallon max per boat). It is illegal to dump scallop shells in the canal. Open Gulf water, it's ok. Our season usually begins July 1st and runs through late September. Check updates on season dates for Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida.

The host was super responsive to any questions we had and allowed us to have early access. We had our 20 ft jon boat with us and enjoyed the access the pier provided. We saw lots of wildlife. Having a washer and dryer on the premises was very convenient and we slept like babies.

Great location

The property was clean upon arrival and in a very good location for us. We enjoyed the easy access to Fort Island Trail beach, along with numerous nearby birding locations. Bicycling was also easy from there.

Dixie was very responsive and accommodating after our previous booking at another place was cancelled as we were pulling into town. She let us check in early and even offered late check out as we were leaving. Rental was exactly as described!

Wonderful Stay

Great location. Close to a number of national parks, restaurants, etc. There is also a nice tiny beach nearby. The house is clean and has everything we need. We enjoyed the beautiful water view from the deck. Will definitely come back next time. Last but not least, the host is really helpful.

Nice getaway

The property was nice for a family of 4 or 5. Linens, utensils, soap, and trash bags were provided. Great canal spot with access to the Crystal River. Great location for restaurants and boat ramps. Communication with Dixie was great!

Everything we could ask for!

We have stayed in several rental homes and by far this one was the best as far as having everything we could need! The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you would need to prepare meals and serve. Dixie was so helful and responsive . With all the comforts of home, I highly recommend this property.

Amazing crystal river

We absolutely loved crystal river! The location of the house was very convenient, house was clean, and all was expected except the kayaks. She had plenty too use but during low tide we could not figure out how to get them in or out of the water so we didn’t use them. It would be convenient if there was a floating kayak dock and a small platform or different stairs so that we can get the kayaks out.

Perfection!

This house has it all. There isn’t anything that Dixie didn’t think of to have in the house. The house was very clean and had an excellent view. All of the neighbors were friendly. The dock was great for having our boat in the water for the duration of our stay. We will definitely be back again!!!!

If you like fishing

Great lo cation on a finger canal in Crystal River. We used the rods and reels provided to fish from the dock, I recommend the local bait shop bug juice for there no seems.

Everything we could of hoped for!

We had a wonderful stay! We felt at home in your beautiful home! Loved the plaque with our welcome message - such a nice, personal touch! Great location!!! Everything about the place was just what we wanted and needed. Our teenage girls told their Dad that he "did good" when they walked through the place. It takes a lot to please teenagers!!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank You!!! BTW- my husband said it was his best birthday ever!

Drink your coffee viewing morning sunrise from the porch. Use umbrella as sun rises over the horizon. Sun is behind the house in late afternoon. Large covered grilling area downstairs is great for hanging out near the waterfront! Owner loves to help guests enjoy their stay!
