Perfect Family Holiday

Our family & friends gather at Crystal River every year for the last 7 years. We enjoy the water, Scalloping, and each other. This Host & Home provided a perfect place to do all of that. The dock was plenty big enough to accommodate 2 boats. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind every evening. The home provided the space for everyone to relax and enjoy our meals and company.We’ve all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed at and we are planning on coming again next year!

Beautifully decorated home with great waterfront location close to all the attractions! Our teenager loved the game room in garage and we all enjoyed the outdoor space!

Crystal River Bliss

I can’t say enough how amazing this property is. It felt like home. It is so well equipped, sparkling clean and unbelievably comfortable. The pool was perfect, and having a little dock was so much fun! We caught blue crab, saw a manatee, and drank coffee listening to the birds. Every detail was thought of and we will definitely be back as well as recommend to any families we know to stay there!

Nice Crystal River Home

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, comfortable, nicely updated and well equipped. While home, we spent 95% of our time on the lanai. The pool was great.

Scalloping Stay

This house was amazing. Loved the pool area and the garage play area. House is beautifully decorated and had everything you would need including bikes. Close to town and lots of good restaurants.

A scallopers paradise!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The canal provided easy access to the gulf and the kids caught tons of fish from the dock itself! The pool was a perfect hit for all & the house was perfectly stocked- not leaving us wanting for anything. The hosts were accommodating and easy to contact. We will definitely be back for scalloping next year.

Fantastic Stay—scalloping trip!

Wonderful home, very clean and well organized. Kitchen was stocked with essential cookware and tools. Loved cooling off in the pool after a long day of scalloping! Plenty of trailer parking on site.

Nature Coast Gem

We spent two months in this beautiful area of the Nature Coast taking advantage of the many trails and Stste parks which are located within steps of the property. The house is beautifully renovated and very comfortable and the Host was very accommodating with our requests. Put this property on your Bucket-list if you are visiting the Nature Coast

Wonderful home

If having a clean place to stay matters, this is the place! Cleanest rental we have ever had. Great beds. Host was super easy to work with, we only had a few questions and Christina was very responsive. Great accommodations, everything you need is here and easy to find. We will be back.

Great house, nice amenities for all weather conditions

Really nice place and had everything we needed. Our plan was to do alot of fishing but with adverse weather it messed with our plans a bit. This house had everything to keep us entertained. Heated pool, ping pong, pool table, corn hole etc etc. Also, one of the first places I've stayed with comfortable beds! 5 stars all around!

This house offers it all

Like the title states , this house doesn’t miss a thing. Besides the benefit of a dock and outdoor shower, the beds were so comfortable, our super host truly was. After a day scalloping, we swam in the pool, cooked and ate dinner at the family table , played ping pong with grandchildren . We felt right at home in a clean and adorable decorated house. We will be back and highly recommend staying here if it’s even available.

Late summer vacation/birthdays

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indian River. It was so homey and newly renovated just as described. Our young boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We rode bikes to the Crystal River Archeological Park and saw some of the most beautiful views atop the Indian mound overlooking the Crystal River. We ventured out to Three Sisters Springs and KP Hole for kayaking. The highlight was fishing with Native Charters (conveniently one street over) who we highly recommend. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. Our host was very informative throughout our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to going back!
