Escape to the Cape in this NEWLY UPDATED, air conditioned, two bedroom / two bath second floor condo unit located in the Eaton Village of the Ocean Edge Resort. Centrally located between two of the largest pools at the resort and close to the Links restaurant, this FRESHLY PAINTED condo features GLEAMING NEW WOOD FLOORS with an open layout. Private deck off the living room overlooking the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two NEW twin beds with full bath right across the hall. Cable TV and HIGH SPEED WIFI. Cleaning included.

This rental allows you to purchase Sponsored Guest Passes* so you can enjoy the best Ocean Edge has to offer: pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness centers, and kids activities. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the resort to Crosby Landing Beach (a town beach). Bike rentals are available at the resort. The 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, which goes right through the resort, is easily accessed from the rental. The resort is a quick bike ride to Nickerson State Park with its miles of trails and several ponds. You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards on Blueberry Pond.


*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and all scheduled Activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide. PASSES must be PURCHASED separately from the rental.

2022 Weekly Rates: Adult - $70 Child - $30

- Tenants bring their own linens (i.e., sheets, towels (bath and beach), and bath mat). If you prefer to travel light, we can provide all linens for a fee of $20 per person. If you do bring your own sheets, please note that the queen mattress requires sheets with deep pockets.

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and 2 teenagers. Was perfect for us! Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. I enjoyed mornings on the little back deck, sipping coffee and watching the golfers.

Very nice stay in Brewster

The property was exactly as listed with all the conveniences to make our stay comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed this property within the Ocean Edge resort.

Wedding weekend at Ocean Edge

We had a great stay at Ocean Edge! Our condo was close to everything, well stocked and clean. Having the lockbox because there was only one key was a little inconvenient but other than that it was great

Excellent rental at Ocean's Edge

Great rental in beautiful Ocean Edge. One floor living with a crossbreeze from kitchen to back porch. We appreciated the layout, seaside themed decor, high ceilings and well stocked kitchen (but bring your own ziploc bags and baking tins if you plan on baking). The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have on loan. Would definitely rent here again.

Great stay

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Felt very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4 (including 2 toddlers). Close to walk or drive to the arbor pool. The condo even had a few toys for the kids to play with while not at the pool or beach. Very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we locked the key in the condo on day 1 by accident. Great stay at a great resort with a responsive and helpful owner. Looking forward to staying again!

Comfortable and clean

We loved our stay at the condo! It was clean and comfortable. We had family camping at Nickerson State Park so the location was perfect for meeting up. We were pleased to find it stocked with so many kid-friendly items: toys, books, beach toys, crib, high chair, beach towels. The patio has a great peaceful view of the golf course. I would stay here again if I’m ever on the cape again. The only thing I missed was having coffee and creamer available, but that was easily fixed with a trip to the store :)

Very clean; Great Location; Just what we needed

This property is in very good condition with two twin beds in one bedroom and a nice master suite. The location of this property in Brewster is about 5 - 7 minutes away from all of Brewster's beautiful beaches and very close to Orleans and Eastham. We made it to Skaket Beach in like 10 - 12 minutes. It was stocked with everything we needed and the parking lot had ample parking. While we didn't get a chance to make it to the pool, the pool areas looks very nice and is heated to a beautiful tempurture. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Nicely updated and maintained condo near Lynx

This second floor unit is lovely, clean, freshly painted with updated comfortable and matching furniture in the living room and the 2 bedrooms. New carpeting. It is nicely decorated, has central a/c , and has all the kitchen and cooking items needed. it is well stocked with paper towels and tp. The balcony has a small table and 4 chairs overlooking one of the golf course greens. The condo is only 4/10 of a mile from the Arbor pool and the Lynx and clubhouse. Very convenient location. the owner was easy to get in touch with and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. ,

Great location in the Cape

Ocean Edge Villages is a great place to stay on Cape Cod. It is centrally located. The grounds are well kept. It has 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool but they charge extra to use it. I'm not sure why the development doesn't allow the owner to purchase season passes for using the pool and fitness center. Then guests could use them without paying extra. The condo is nice overall. Our only complaint (and reason for not giving 5 stars overall) is that the beds were uncomfortable. The property manager for this condo was excellent. She responded to any needs we had in a prompt fashion.

Perfect Family Cape Cod Vacation!

We just returned from our stay at this beautiful condo and were so happy with our experience! It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our two small children. The property manager is very responsive and the we found the condo clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The AC turned out to be really helpful as temps were in the 90s and humid. The pool was beautiful and fun for all of us. Arbor pool has a cute kiddie pool with a max depth of 2 feet so my 3 year old loved being able to play in there. Close to multiple beautiful beaches which made it possible to get there early enough to secure weekend parking. The deck overlooks the golf course and faces west which is pretty at sunset. We enjoyed eating out there as it was shady and cool. We loved going for early morning runs through the peaceful resort location. Staff at the resort were all friendly and helpful. Honestly, not a negative thing to say about our stay, thank you!

Nice resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Edge Resort community and would consider staying there again. The unit was conveniently located, with easy access to pools, tennis, the restaurant, etc. This particular unit, however, was not well-equipped for guests. Neither of the lights in the second bedroom were working, a bathroom light was out, and there was limited space set aside in the second bedroom. For example, the closet in the second bedroom was full of the owner’s stuff and there were only a few hangars available. Likewise, the bathroom had limited space for our toiletries and only one hook for towels, etc. It was very disappointing to discover that the kitchen was so poorly equipped as well. For instance, there were very limited numbers of utensils, plates and glasses. The can opener was virtually useless, and there were very few pots and pans for cooking. The only condiment available was an old box of salt. The dishwasher soap compartment was broken. The manager of the place did fix the lamps the second day, and replaced the light bulb in the bathroom. These concerns could be easily rectified by the owner or manager. Unfortunately, these limitations negatively impacted the enjoyment of our stay.

I wish I had a better review

Positive: First off, let me say that the Ocean Edge property is beautiful and the additional amenities are very nice. I would surely stay there again. Also, the property manager we worked with was responsive, provided timely and clear information on check in etc. We appreciated the art supplies/books left for the little ones. Having the washer/dryer was very helpful. Let me also preface this review in saying that we did not contact the property manager during our stay to resolve any of the issues since we felt they weren't things that could be rectified during our stay. However, this property is very dated. The carpets and stuffed furniture were heavily stained, with food stains and the children's bedroom smelled like pets or urine. The bathroom fan was so loud and metal sounding that it can not be used. There is also an ant issue in the master bath. I would not suggest that the second bedroom be utilized by anyone over child's size as the beds are very small. Generally, the unit is dark and could benefit with proper light bulbs. The dishwasher is very dated and there are very few utensils. There was no dish soap available. There is an issue with many of the outlets, they will not hold a phone or computer charger. Also, renters should know that the shuttle does not come to the Eaton property although the Ocean Edge staff was very helpful in explaining things when we went to check in and pay for the pools. I am sorry to leave this review and considered not completing one but I do hope that the owners consider cleaning the carpet and furniture as it was unsettling. We purchased sheets to cover them during the week but it wasn't a great way to be greeted and it caused what could have been a great stay to be stressful.

We had a fantastic trip to the Cape and a wonderful stay at the property. The apartment was nicely maintained and looked recently updated. We would definitely return.

Convenient and nice community ammenities

We had a really nice Cape Cod stay. This property is within a larger community called Ocean Edge. It has a golf course and in the early morning, I was able to take some relaxing scenic runs around the foot paths. We were close to Skaket Beach which was perfect for our 6 and 7 year olds. When it rained for two days, we used the indoor pool within the community, which was super convenient. We were also a short drive to Orleans, Wellfleet, and Chatham so lots to explore. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Thank you for a great visit. The location was perfect for our place to go on Cape Cod, Skaket Beach. The beds were comfortable. Having a second bathroom was very helpful with having little ones. Check-in was easy. We appreciate you opening up your home to us for a few days!
