Terrific property and amazing management

They really went over the top to make us feel comfortable in their home. We were sincerely touched and thankful. I would highly recommend this property and any other property they offer!

Great Niagra Falls Family Trip

The property’s location is amazing. A short walk to the falls, the aquarium, and restaurants. You can even see the nightly fireworks out of the window. The hosts were super communicative and the property was very clean and comfortable!

Convenient but invasive owner.

The property was as described. It was in walking distance to the falls and the rainbow bridge. The owner lives on premises and is very invasive. Cameras are everywhere . She went outside and literally reprimanded my husband for talking outside with another guest staying in another unit because it was past 10pm. They were just talking about things to do in the area. I also received an email reminding me of the 10pm curfew. The area of the American side is very run down and the walks were not pleasant. I also witnessed bums in the ally in the trash cans. As i said the apartment was nice and clean but the owner was a bit much for us.

Story

Very very nice place to stay. Neighborhood was a little run down but being built up, which was very nice to see. It truly is in walking distance from anything you would need or want to do. If you are elderly and or dont want to walk...you can park in parcades!!! The upstairs apartment was a little warm. The temps were very high but over all comfortable.

Niagara Falls

Clean, well equipped lodging. Free (summer only) shuttle a 2 minute walk away, but we ended up walking as things were so close. 15 to 30 minute walk to all falls viewpoints on the US side and the the Canadian side of the Rainbow Bridge. Host reached out a couple times to insure that we had no issues and responded quickly to any questions we had. P

Great location and friendly management

We had a great stay at Niagara at this location. The space is nice, up to date, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The falls are a short walk away - under 15 minutes to the Maid of the Mist / Observation Tower if you follow the path from the Aquarium / Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. We also walked across to the Canada side (bring your passports!) and viewed from over there as well. We would visit again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The hosts were great, the apartment was super clean, spacious, and very close to all attractions. We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this location to all! This was my first VRBO experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

This was our first trip to Niagara and we loved it. The hosts are very quick to respond and easy to work with. This place was close to everything, perfect location. The apartment was exactly as described plus some. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfect Location, Great Stay

Thank you Halina and Merle. You are such wonderful hosts and we appreciated how quickly you responded to any questions. Our 2 nights girls weekend stay was memorable. Check-in and checkout was very easy. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and very modern. The location was fantastic being walking distance to the Falls. I would stay here again without a doubt and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. I give the hosts and the property a 5+ stars

Couldn’t have been better

We were so very pleased with the apartment. The view of Toronto from the window was striking, and the sunsets were so beautiful. We will definitely try to rent this apartment again when we return. Thank you Halina & Merle.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment is in an older part of the town and the houses around them, including this one, are being renovated. You do need to climb stairs to get to the rental, but the inside is renovated very nicely and is very clean! I was hoping to walk to Niagara Falls from the apartment, but that would have been a LONG walk. The owner was very quick to respond to us and brought us some specific tourist information which was helpful. Other tourist information is already in the living area. I applaud the fantastic renovation work and was very comfortable inside the property.

Perfect location, everything we needed

My family enjoyed a lovely stay at the Grandview apartment. From the start the owners were very accommodating, as we booked at the last minute when strong thunderstorms curtailed our camping trip in the area. They let us dry out our camping gear on their picnic tables when the sun came back out. This apartment has everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking meals, and the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The location is great - short walk to the river, the state park, restaurants, and right across the street from the aquarium. The outdoor spaces around the apartment are lovely, with picnic tables and flowers. We enjoyed lunch outside. The owners have renovated this property and the other two beside it, and you can tell that they put love and care into all they have done, inside and out. It’s a short drive to the Canadian side of the Falls, to several state parks, and Lake Ontario. We enjoyed visiting Lewiston. There are so many things to do and see, and this made a great “home base” for our Niagara adventures.

July at Niagara Falls

This property met our needs perfectly. It was close to everything we wanted to do. I was traveling with my two granddaughters (14 & 18). This rental gave each of us a bedroom and with 1.5 baths, it was perfect for three girls. Merle met us, greeted us, and kept in communication with us. I appreciated his tips. Be warned that on a busy weekend/holiday, traffic is backed up for miles in front of the house as people try to cross over the river to Canada. Also, the stairs might be an issue for some, not for us. I also appreciated the parking in back, and the fact it was well lighted when we came in at night. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area as a tourist; it's within walking distance of most of the things on your "to do list."

Just as advertised

Great location, walking distance to the Falls and shuttle stops. House was clean, neighborhood was a little under construction but that was not an issue and did not disrupt our stay. Owners were friendly and readily available but we did not have any problems that we needed to contact them. Would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location!

The Grandview house was great! All of the amenities one would need, spacious enough for two children and two adults. The location was excellent. You can see Canada from the property and it's a 2 minute walk to the aquarium and a very short walk to everything else! We will return!

Great stay!

This was a great stay. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures online well. We walked almost everywhere. The hosts communicated quickly and easily, too. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed Grand View

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Grand View. Merle was most gracious as he met us when we arrived and shared some history of the immediate area. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The WiFi was not the best and I wish it would have been better because one of our travel friends was also trying to complete class work online. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the walk ability of the apartment’s location. The beds were comfortable with very nice, high thread count sheets. Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed having use of the kitchen but we also had delicious meals at Donnatello’s, Simply Soul, and Cantina Falls … all amazing foods! We ate at Donatello’s and Cantina Falls twice. The Grand View is a great place to stay if you want to experience Niagara Falls, wineries, countryside drives, the Erie Canal, and the views of Lake Ontario. Thank you Merle and Halina!
