PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit equal to one half of the booking rate is required at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date.

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather or other acts of God.
