If you want a lot of space that also has great privacy and incredible views, this is the condo to rent!

This condo has 2,400 square feet of BEAUTIFUL space, with two main level rooms and a winding staircase leading to the Grand Master Suite.

Master Suite is on it's own level and includes a private patio with 2 lounge chairs for your own privacy.
Master Bedroom includes a king bed, a 50 inch flat screen and a blue ray player.
Master Bath has double sinks and a HUGE shower with 2 shower heads.
Guest Room 1 has a queen bed
Guest Room 2 has 2 double beds.
Both guest bedrooms have 40 inch flat screen TV's and blue ray players.
Whether you are on a family vacation or a couples trip, this condo satisfies everyone!

The resort was great. Check in was very smooth. On site staff were friendly and attentive and the unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of 5. There is a balcony on both levels that we enjoyed all week.

BEST VACATION EVER

This was our second time stay at Grand Caribe and I must say this Condo exceeded our expectations! Perfectly accommodated our family of five and was absolutely stunning. Absolute PERFECT location on the property. In house daily housekeeping including laundry services was beyond belief. I would stay in THIS condo every single time I visit Belize!! Thank you for a memorable family vacation!

What a perfect way to celebrate our 3 daughters graduations and end our summer! The property was perfect and the entire resort fabulous! We had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much… the kind of vacation we would definitely repeat! 😀

Beautiful home for our family of seven adults!

This home was even more beautiful and well stocked than we anticipated from the listing! Just be prepared to climb those stairs each time. The laundry service and thorough daily cleaning helped to make our stay so enjoyable. All of the resort staff were always friendly and quick to be helpful. The coffeemaker did not work and they replaced it within a few minutes of calling down to the office. Unfortunately, the pools were too cold to enjoy and the bar closed by 6pm each night, not 10pm as advertised. But Crocs and The Truck Stop had live entertainment each night and are only a short golf cart ride away. This resort is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained! We fully enjoyed the lawn games, complimentary kayaks and paddle boards!

Hello, we are Todd and Alexis Schroeder. We are from Denver, Colorado and have 5 children ranging in age from 14 to 4. We purchased this property in 2022 after a visit to Ambergris Caye earlier in the year. We instantly fell in love with Ambergris Caye and Grand Caribe and are excited to share our home with you.

Grand Caribe is one of the top luxury hotels in Ambergris Caye. The location is ideal, with amazing resturants nearby (Truck Stop, Tipsey Lopster, Aji, etc.) and Secret Beach just a short 20 min golf cart ride away.

The Grand Caribe amenities are hands down the best on the island. Shuttle service to and from the airport, daily housekeeping, laundry service, 3 amazing resturants and the best part, the largest pool in the area.
