The condo unit was not adequately equipped for four people, as described. The pull-out bed came with a bottom-sheet only, without a top-sheet or blanket for the kids to sleep with - luckily there were pool towels. An odd smell was also present in the unit that we could not determine the source of - possibly the HVAC, but not sure. For the nightly rate, we were expecting it to be a bit nicer.

Once we became aware of the missing sheets for the sleeper sofa, we quickly had housekeeping deliver them and sincerely apologized for the oversight. As a goodwill gesture, we refunded your entire cleaning fee, which you failed to mention in your review. You also did not mention any unusual odor, and we did not notice any as well. Please note that the HVAC filter is regularly replaced. We appreciate your feedback and value your input. Take care.

We recently stayed at this oceanfront rental property and had a mostly positive experience overall. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view that we enjoyed every day. The unit provided basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including an abundant supply of linens, which was convenient.That said, there are a few areas where additional cleaning attention would help, including the bathroom grout, some hair on floors and in drawers, and the fabric bed frame.The check-in/out process felt somewhat redundant. It involved stopping at an offsite real estate office to pick up keys for the beach equipment storage unit, followed by a separate check-in at the resort front desk. Streamlining this would make arrivals and departures smoother.Overall, the stunning oceanfront setting and solid basics made for a relaxing vacation, but a few extra cleaning and operational touches would elevate the experience.
