Private Guest house on a gated property in a quiet upscale neighborhood. 2 bedroom, 1 bath conveniently located 3 miles from Highway 15, moments away from the Wild Animal Park and North County Shopping Mall.

Bright open floor plan. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, 4 burner gas stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, and microwave. Gated parking for 2 cars.

Outdoor patio space perfect for breakfast al fresco.

WiFi Hi-Speed Internet. Central Air. Flat screen TV with Cable and a DVD player. Board Games, books & DVDs.

1 Bathroom with a shower and large oval tub. Hair Dryer, Shampoo & Conditioner. Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Folding bed can be requested for 1 additional guest.

A comfortable and spacious place

The property is centrally located and more importantly, very close to our loved ones' place. We were able to have family get togethers and enjoyed the garden, the swing set AND the fresh fruits Anya and Michael so generously shared!
