Welcome to Secret Savannah Sanctuary B – a charming hideaway nestled in Savannah’s South Historic District. Perfect for a romantic escape or peaceful solo retreat, this pet-friendly one-bedroom, one-bathroom home accommodates up to two guests in comfort and style.

Open and bright floor plan: an open living and dining area greets you with hardwood floors and abundant natural light. Relax on the plush sofa with a Smart TV for entertainment, or enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek black stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a cozy dining table.

Peaceful Sleeping Accommodations: The tranquil bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, and ample closet space, while the modern bathroom boasts quartz finishes and a walk-in shower designed for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a shared washer and dryer available on site during your stay.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for a lovely visit to Savannah. Convenient location - an easy walk to many historic sites. Bed was super comfy. Could use some larger shelves in bathroom but really no complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location! My partner and I got out each day and walked to parks, restaurants and toured historic locations. Krogers was only one block away so we were able to walk there and get some things we needed. The rental was perfect for what we needed and the neighborhood was safe and very quiet.

Well-maintaned unit - great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 3 days here and had a great time. It's small, but clean, well-maintained, and nicely appointed with the basics, such as kitchenwares, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen island has 4 stools that were perfect for game night. There's a free washer/dryer right around the corner, which was nice for drying wet towels. We got caught in a rain storm and didn't have a place to put our coats or umbrellas, so a couple of coat hooks and an umbrella stand would be great additions. The property management company was communicative and has a helpful web portal for details about the property. Overall, I can enthusiastically recommend this property for solo travelers and couples.
