375sq ft completely new modern private studio on a sprawling country estate property located near CSUN University in Northridge. Comfort and relaxation at its best, hidden away on ¾ acre country estate in the Sherwood forest. Sleeps up to 4 with a luxurious bathroom with spa amenities. Lit private path to your stay with parking on property.

2 Comfortable Queen beds, Bluetooth radio, laundry facility for weekly booking. WiFi, fireplace, computer desk, 55” flat screen smart LED TV with Roku, mini kitchenette set up includes fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Oversized Luxurious bathroom with large 6 jet spa shower. Smoking outside only.

For Larger Groups, additional Guest Quarters at main House available for rent – Sleeps 2

Pool and Spa of natural stone. On-site parking. Outside smoking only, no pets. Dry Sauna available for $10. Welcome to use the Jacuzzi free of charge, must inform me ahead of time to heat up. Pool is unheated. Laundry available for 7 days or longer stay. Beach Umbrella and ice chest available. Common areas are shared such as pool, BBQ, garden and parking. Smoking and 420 are fine as long as it's outside away from any open windows.
Bluetooth in bathroom clock radio. Bluetooth speakers in living room on bookshelf. Bluetooth speakers at the pool.

Protected by 3 outdoor Ring cameras in front of external entrances.

Wonderful home, wonderful host

We have travelled a lot as a family and we can confidently say that Linda's studio is the best place we've stayed to date. It was immaculate and kitted out with everything you could possibly need - Linda had thought of everything, even things that we hadn't! We were so touched that she had taken the care to supply toys suitable for our little one. Her garden is just charming and the pool most welcome in the LA summer. The location was ideal for us, close to CSUN but then also within easy reach of Topanga for an amazing drive out to PCH after work. An all-round fantastic trip!

Can't Get Better Than This!

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at Linda's Garden so much. We were in Northridge for a family reunion and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Linda is the quintessential host and has thought through all the details, large and small. We loved waking up every morning to the views of her beautiful garden and returning to its twinkling lights on the path back to our hideaway bungalow every evening. Super comfortable and just lovely. Bravo Linda!

This property is lovely! Well maintained & special care given to the beautiful outdoor garden.

Linda is a wonderful hostess - attentive to every detail. We were pleasantly surprised to find the mini fridge stocked with beverages, fresh fruit, and other goodies. She even had a basket filled with all kinds of snacks to welcome us to our cottage. The space was light & cheerful and very clean! All the special touches like fresh flowers in our room and every sundry item you might need was available for our use (iron, flip flops & robes for the pool, nail file, first aid & sewing kits). She literally has thought of it all. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and modern. We loved our evening jacuzzis! We definitely would return to this quiet oasis, out of the hustle and bustle of LA, for another stay. Thank you Linda!!!

I have stayed in several "vacation rentals by owner" this by far the best! Linda creates a beautiful, comfortable, CLEAN space to stay. Thinks of everything to make your stay so comforting when away from home or just on vacay! Way better than a two bed hotel room!! Super cozy beds with gorgeous bedding, bathroom gigantic with all amenities, stocked fridge and additional snacks, garden flowers placed strategically to add ambiance. Pool & "hot tub" with surrounding furniture make the outdoor lounging perfect for the best R&R! The gardens are fantastic, so much work has gone into this beautiful estate to make it inviting. I can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much Linda!!

Amazing!

We are so happy to be the first guests to leave a review for this property. It is awesome! Linda's attention to detail, to quality, and to anticipating the needs of her guests are incredible. Of all the Airbnb and VRBO stays we have had, this is by far the nicest. My wife and I each independently thought that it was nicer than many 5-star hotels we have stayed at. Also... although it is a "studio", don't let that fool you. Linda has 2 queen beds, 2 large chairs with a table, a loveseat, and a counter with microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker (with coffee!), toaster oven, etc.. and yet it felt spacious and not at all cramped. Bathroom has dual sinks, a modern large stall shower, guest bathrobes, etc. She stocks it with a sewing kit, iron, ironing board, etc. Plus there is a great hot tub outside as well! We cannot say enough good things about this place, and look forward to staying there again when we are in the area (which we will, since I have family there).
