Designed for groups of up to 22 guests, the home features rustic architectural details, an open kitchen and living area, a game room, yoga studio, hot tub, and scenic wildlife views. Explore three acres of private trails, fish in the trout-stocked pond, relax on the covered deck, or spend time among the flower gardens and apple trees. The pondside seating and spacious outdoor areas make this property especially suited for family gatherings and countryside getaways. Some furnishings may differ from the listing photos due to ongoing updates. Complimentary amenities provided by Vibe Short Term Rental Management: * One towel and one pillow per guest * K-cups, creamer, and sugar * Salt and pepper * Garbage bags * Dishwasher and laundry pods * Dish soap and hand soap * Toilet paper and paper towels House rules: * Quiet hours and local regulations must be observed. * Parties, large gatherings, and unregistered guests are not permitted. * Outdoor fires must remain attended at all times. * Fireworks are strictly prohibited. * RVs, tents, and temporary shelters are not allowed. * Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Maintenance and property services: Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day. Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard so the crew can complete its work. The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. Advance notice will be provided. Please wait 30 minutes after service before using the hot tub to allow the chemicals to circulate properly.
