¡BUENA UBICACIÓN! Casa moderna única de mediados de siglo. Relájese y disfrute en el medio de la ciudad con 2. 5 acres de tierra. Piscina, sauna, patio, jardín, pollos, muchos lugares de estacionamiento. Chef opcional y transporte durante el tiempo de Derby. Justo en Shelbyville Rd. Cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales, autopistas, todo. Amplio plan de casa de planta abierta, casi 5,000 pies cuadrados. Alquilamos nuestra casa ocasionalmente, mientras estamos fuera de la ciudad. No es una propiedad de alquiler, tenemos objetos coleccionables y obras de arte en la casa. Piscina climatizada de agua salada, sauna, sala de jardín, sala de yoga, jardín, pollo. Por el momento, tenemos yoga que se puede transformar fácilmente en dormitorios. Si tienes una fiesta de 8, puedes disfrutar de salas de yoga. Si tiene 10 personas, le proporcionaremos 1 habitación más. Tenemos 1 cama king y 3 camas queen en este momento.

Perfect for everyone!

Perfect for everyone! House was spacious and enough room for everyone. You can all have your own space and bathroom. Come together to visit and gather, but be able to separate and have own space and time. Very clean and hosts were excellent!

5 of us stayed in the house, our son and his new wife enjoyed having the back suite of rooms with TV, kitchen and washer and dryer. We celebrated my brother’s 80th birthday at the house and it easily accommodated 14 of us for dinner and cake. The pool and pool table were a bonus and provided activities for all. Eddie visited with us one morning and we enjoyed learning about the house, property and vegetable garden.

A Beautiful Louisville Oasis

The secret of this house is the beauty that awaits when you open the front door. The layout, interior design, and attention to the little details make it truly spectacular. Our only complaint is we had to leave and we're already planning our next visit.

Amazing Family And Friends Trip to Louisville

We had a great time staying here. The property is in a central location but also very private and secluded. The house was recently renovated, very spacious and all on one floor with large common areas and bedrooms. The outdoor pool area was perfect for spending time with friends and family as well as cooking out. Would highly recommend and we'll plan to stay again on our trip next year :-)

Fun gathering space with a great host

We gathered for a college reunion and very much enjoyed the house and Eddie as a host. We had 8 guys and found the house to be spacious and conducive to a great weekend! Eddie was nice enough to share restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation at a restaurant he recommended.

Family Vacation

Our family had a great stay. The house and property was beautiful but poorly maintained. We were given the wrong house code (problem entering the house) and the pool heater wasn’t working. No instructions within the home on garbage pickup or what had to be done on last day before leaving. The owners, however did reply to our phone calls and emails. With some upgrades inside and outside, this home could be fabulous.

Perfect Location and very roomy

When we arrived, the kitchen sink had a leak that dripped on the counter and onto the floor. I let Ludmila and Eddie the owners know and Eddie came over to check it out right away and had a plumber there the next day to replace the whole faucet. While Eddie was there, he also noticed the pool wasn’t as clear as it should be so he had his pool guy come by to shock it, and then followed up on it the next morning, and it was clear as could be for the rest of our stay, Eddie also showed us how to use the fancy coffee maker, and we had delicious coffee the whole time we were there. The location was amazing, close to everything we wanted to do but it also felt like we were secluded with all the beautiful flowers and greenery all around the property. We will definitely stay again if we head that way again

This vacation rental was excellent for our college reunion. Spacious backyard was lovely. Review questions indicated that this is a lakefront property, but it is not.

Lovely Property, need clearer listing

We loved the home, but we’re confused at a few items. The beds listed were not what we found in the home. The A/C on one side of the house never functioned properly despite multiple requests. There were a few bugs in two of the bedrooms. The pool looked less inviting due to algae

Nice for family vacation

The property is big and comfortable. The kids loved it! The a/c in the master area wasn’t working but otherwise it’s a great place for family events.

Fantastic Home!

We were celebrating a special birthday with a Derby week trip. The hosts were so easy to work with on details of our stay and the property is nothing like we’ve ever stayed in. Large sprawling home, plenty of space for all to play and party and enjoy each other’s company. Well stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous backyard and we totally had fun getting fresh eggs from their chickens! Thank you E&L for your generosity!

Relaxing, Cozy Home Base with Easy Access to Everything

I recently stayed with three friends on a guy's trip to explore Louisville and Kentucky's Bourbon Trail. Eddie and Ludmila's VRBO home served as the perfect home base for what we desired. The home itself is spacious and cozy and features a ton of windows that let in natural light and provide of view of a pretty, landscaped property that includes a heated outdoor pool and plenty of trees and bushes with berries and birds. The best part of the house is lounging outside. The pool is clean and saltwater. It heats so no matter the temperature outside you can always hang out in the pool and relax. There are two patio sets, both of which provide cover from rain. One of them has a fire pit. There are also about a dozen hens and one rooster outside. It's funny - we were in the pool hanging out and each day a hen would come walking on by. You can also sit outside the enclosed pool area and light a bonfire and hang out there. As far as location, the house is in the eastern suburbs, which is a really nice section of Louisville. There are plenty of ethnic restaurants, good BBQ and an incredible liquor store that allows you to try Pappy Van Winkle and other exclusive spirits at low cost. It's about a 15-minute drive to downtown, as well as to the airport, and if you want to head east to Frankfort or Lexington it's about 45-60 minutes. Needless to say we were really pleased, enjoyed our story and would return. We met Eddie upon arriving and he made it clear he was available and could assist through his network in getting restaurant reservations and building out a more customized itinerary. He was also very generous in allowing us to have a quick drink with him of some very fine, hard to find cognac (thanks again!). We didn't reach out to Eddie during our stay because we didn't need to but we felt comfortable doing so - additionally a property manager's contact info was provided as well just in case. In the end some of our flights were delayed and Eddie was kind enough to let us check out a little later. This was great - we were moving slow from the bourbon and this allowed us to end our trip comfortably and without any rushing. I highly recommend staying here. Fun city, nice people, great house, great location, and awesome hosts. Thank you, Eddie and Ludmila.

Fantastic stay

We rented this for me and my husbands small business while on a work related trip (5 people total) We all enjoyed the stay tremendously. Between playing pool, hoping in the pool and feeding the chickens nobody wanted to leave and actually work! The house is very unique, private and beautifully maintained. Overall, extremely thrilled with the stay and would like to plan another trip with friends or family when it’s available!

Fantastic home!

This property is as wonderful as the photos make it appear. House is very spacious, kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, everything we needed to cook for several days. The outdoor space was what we will remember! Had a family reunion for 22 people and it was a perfect space! Location is great, easy access to every where. We will stay again!

Great Family Getaway

Wonderful property for a low key family getaway! We enjoyed the pool, yard and all the amenities. Would consider renting again next year.

Luda is a Russian former professional ice skater. Last 20 years Luda is a real estate investor, building and remodeling houses, buying and selling homes.

Superior location. Relaxation atmosphere in the middle of town. We have huge garden and chickens. So fresh eggs guaranty ! Nice pool, fireplaces, patio, ourdoor fire and unique spectacular home. All you need to work and relax withour driving miles to country side. 10 + parking spaces. WiFi, TV, yoga wall.
