Exactly what we needed!

My sister, brother, sister, brother in law and my daughter came into town for my niece’s wedding. We played games in the kitchen, made a big breakfast, and relaxed all together comfortably. My daughter and I took a walk around the neighborhood one afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed that, too.

Comfortable clean house for weekend stay

Antonio was available and polite. The house was three bedrooms amazing one bed in the basement. Note there are no egress windows in the basement. It was roomy and comfortable for 8 adults and two small children.

Nice clean newly renovated property

The owner has done a very nice job of renovating this property. It is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to one of Omaha's main streets. Pictures are accurate except for the basement which is very nice, but does not have a "bedroom", since there is no egress. There are always a few minor things that could be improved, but not significant enough to mention here.

Nice property, needs a few things

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this house. The reason for giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that the house, which was recently renovated, did not have any sort of coverings on any of the windows, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had to buy paper blackout shades at Walmart for the bedrooms so that we wouldn’t have to wake with the sunrise and change clothes in full view of the world. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable, with a gas fireplace and icemaker and other nice touches. The owner was a little slow in sharing information about the house (entry code, wifi password, etc.) and the info was never available on the HomeAway app, but he texted the info to me before we arrived in town. The house is listed as sleeping up to 10 people, but there was only a couch and one chair (both quite comfortable) in the living room and only 4 chairs at the dining table “that seats 6 comfortably”. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. I expect these things will be remedied by the owner now that renovations to the house are complete.

Thank you for the review. Yes, the issue with the window blinds is under correction – they were missed measured the first time and should be reinstalled with in the next weeks. All instructions, passwords and entrance to the home is given to the guests the week of check-in. Guest was nice, but WE HAD AN ISSUE with as THEY BROUGHT A DOG on the Property, against house rules. We were notified by friends that live a few houses up. Upon asking the guest about the dog, she became defensive and wanted to pick apart The home. Prior to that no complaints about their stay and amenities. We LOVE Dogs, just can’t have them on the property because some guests are allergic, that’s all. We gave the guest a discount allowing additional guests and bringing in an additional bed SAVING them $275 on their bill. We were most accommodating for this guest. **Again, apologies for the blinds. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are upstairs, 1 of which is in the basement. 2 large leather couches one upstairs and downstairs. So yes, it could sleep 10 and we have an additional mattress we can bring in upon request.(4 queen beds, 2 couches & add mattress upon request should sleep 10 comfortably).
