Great location, convenient to restaurants and markets. The fenced backyard was the main reason we chose this house and was great for our dog. Unfortunately, the house was dirty and hadn't been cleaned prior to our visit. The couch and loveseat are so dirty and stained that we weren't comfortable sitting on either without spreading out a blanket to sit on. The couch has severe water damage that was hidden with throw pillows in the picture on the listing. There is significant water damage to the flooring in the hall and bedrooms; as well as the ceiling in the master bathroom (we could smell mildew when we first checked in). It would be a great place if the property owner would replace damaged furniture, repair water damage and hire a good cleaning crew. If they aren't willing to do that, they should post pictures that accurately reflect the condition of the property.
