"Welcome Home" to this Cozy 6-bedroom retreat on the beautiful Caney Fork River

Relax in comfort in this 6-bedroom retreat in Sparta, Tennessee, and enjoy the great outdoors. Sip your morning coffee on one of the two spacious decks overlooking the Caney Fork River. This terrific property boasts two separate living quarters each with a full kitchen, laundry room, and family room. The upstairs unit features 1 king bed and master bath with jet tub, 2 queen beds with a guest bath, 2 twin beds and a double bed with a half-bath. The downstairs unit features a king bed and 4 bunk beds and full bath. Connected by outdoors steps, each space has its own entrance giving both privacy and space for separate family units and space for six cars. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place with a private dock for fishing, swimming, and kayaking.

NO PETS as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal). The extra wear & tear on our house is a risk we will not take.

NO PARTIES. Respecting our community is our top priority.

MUST BE 25 or older to rent this property, no exceptions.

NO SMOKING in the house of any kind. If smoking outside please properly dispose of the butts.

There are security cameras on the outside of the property only.

The house is on a slope. Wooded areas, especially around bodies of water, are home to all types of critters, including but not limited to geese, snakes, insects, deer, foxes, and such. We have a pest control company that does a great job, but we cannot guarantee that you won’t see an insect at some point. If you are not familiar with Tennessee wildlife, please do your research before your stay.

We booked this home because we needed a large house for our family to get together for Christmas. It exceeded all our expectations. Jill was an amazing host and answered any questions very quickly. We had welcome snacks and even water which was very much appreciated. The weather was amazing and we fished off the dock several times but didn’t catch anything. Be aware that the climb back up from the dock could be pretty rough for older folks. The only suggestion I would make is to have some kayaks for use. Overall I can’t say enough good things about the place. Highly recommend!!!
