The space is two floors with independent access with a great view of the tropical forest and mountains.

Only 8 minutes from Jaco beach and 5 minutes from Herradura Beach

15 minutes from Punta Leona

It has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and a single bed. There is also a futon downstairs if needed. There are 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, backyard, air conditioning throughout the whole house. There is a washer and dryer. Great for 8 people
