Stay on the Beach at Acqua Condo

You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at our recently updated beachfront condo. Acqua Condo is steps away from Downtown Jaco with its many shops, cafe's, restaurants and grocery stores.

The condo consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lots of storage space to hide your suitcases. Each bedroom includes ceiling fans and cable TV. The kitchen includes all the essentials to ensure you can prepare your meals and you can eat on the patio, or at the kitchen table or on the bar stools. The main living area includes a pull-out couch with cable TV. Throughout the condo there are room darkening blinds to help keep the rooms cool and for you to sleep in!

As a guest at Acqua Condominiums you will have direct access to Playa Jaco (beach) as well as a gym, pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All bed linens, beach towels and bath towels are supplied. A complementary welcome kit is provided which includes toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry pods. Some cooking spices included are salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, etc.

All guests names will need to be provided in advance and upon arrival security validate IDs. Wrist bands need to be warn to access common areas.

The condo was as described and very nice. We were only there for a short time but enjoyed the space and the facilities and were right on the beach. The unit was fully stocked with supplies for cooking.* The bathtub was extra special with nice water pressure and hot water. Christine the owner was quick to respond regarding questions. We highly recommend the unit. The spa next door, part of the complex is awesome! Highly recommend that as well.We could not find the dishwasher pod or laundry pod and turns out the welcome pack was missing. For future renters, know that there should be a welcome kit.

Great Location, Beach Condo!

Acqua Condo was a great place to stay in Jaco. It is conveniently located on the beach and is at the north end where it is less crowded and more peaceful. The condo felt safe as there is 24-hour guard at the main entry gates to let visitors in and out. There is also a security guard at the pool/ beach gate to ensure safety of the guests. I like that there was a gym although small but did the job and a spa on site that we enjoyed. The condo itself was a good size, the master bedroom has a king size bed with nice linens and full bathroom and walk-in closet and balcony. The 2nd room was nice with 2 twin beds and a 2nd bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella which were handy. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops without having to drive. Jaco has everything you need and has an Auto Mercado in the next town only 10 minutes away. There is a Maxi Pali grocery store about 3 minutes drive and a convenient store across the street. There are a lot of nearby excursions. We enjoyed our stay and recommend others to try it.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. The condo building is very well maintained, located on the beach. The unit is well equipped and clean. Excellent communication with Christine. Easy check in.

We chose this property with its beachfront property and the additional shared features. The property sits directly on Playa Jaco and is very well cared for. The gardens are beautiful and includes many upscale features such as a jacuzzi, BBQ area, gym and pool area.
