Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home right in downtown. Fully remodeled 1905 house with updated electrical & plumbing, finished with modern amenities. Great place to kick off your shoes and relax. Enjoy a cozy, bright, colorful and eclectic space. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a King sized bed the other with a queen bed. Each with an adjacent bathroom for comfort and privacy.
The space
Fully equipped Kitchen, with modern amenities. Keurig coffee maker and French Press available. Fully fenced in backyard with relaxing chairs and table under a covered patio with ceiling fan. Small dogs (under 25pounds, limit 2) are welcome please clean up after your pets.

Other things to note
We do not charge a pet fee if you disclose you are bringing a small (under 25lbs) dog, limit two. Undisclosed pet fee is $50 per dog. No cats allowed. There will be a $500 fee for bringing a cat onto the property. Our cleaning crew charges us if they have to pick up poop, fees start at $25.

I couldn't be happier with this Vrbo experience. The home was very nice and well appointed, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The owner's communication was perfect.

We had a lovely time in the sweet little VRBO in Grant's Pass. The furnishings were comfy, clean, and cheerful. The kitchen was supplied with all necessary utensils and equipment for delicious homecooking experiences. A large spacious gas stove with 4 burners and a griddle. The coffe station has options for keurig (pods supplied), a very nice selection of teas and a frenchpress with ground coffee. There were even basic seasonings (organic) and organic olive oil available. Washer and dryer on site. Two small but very lovely bathrooms with great water pressure. And this really cool top loading dishwasher! I really enjoyed that. Plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen towels. The neighborhood is a cute, quiet residential area, walking distance to historic downtown. Ample dining options, parks, beauty, and entertainment opportunities.The backyard was small but fully enclosed and private with a lovely covered seating area and a BBQ for entertaining.The best part of this rental was the communication with the owner/manager, Angela. She was kind, accommodating and prompt with communications.We would definitely rent this VRBO again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Quite honestly, better than depicted in pictures. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave ample space for all four of us. The fenced back yard is very well maintained. If it hadn’t been so warm out we would have lived to take advantage of the seating and fan! 5 min walk to historical Grant’s Pass. We enjoyed the farmers market Saturday morning and had a hard time choosing from so many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend! The host was easy to connect with at check in. From what we saw listed- this is one of the very best in the area.

We stayed in this lovely home for two weeks. It's been totally remodel with attention to every detail. It was nice and clean and most importantly, there were no harsh chemical smells or perfumes throughout! The home is nicely located downtown within walking distance to local restaurants, farmers market and great shops on G Street. We would stay here again.
