Gulf coast paradise

This property has it all: a communicative owner, fantastic views, incredible location and full of everything one would want or need! Even though the description and pictures of this property are great, we were amazed that reality was even better. There’s no better option in this area. We will definitely return when possible!

Longboat Key's best Place and Choice at all

Renting since 1988 in so many different places in Florida we found Faye's excellent located and absolutely complete equipped apartment this year luckily on Longboat Key finally. This condominium was the cleanest, best furnished and excellent managed one we've ever been spending our 6 weeks vacation in. The value-for-money ratio can not be better at all. Amazing unobstructed views to the Golf of Mexico straight from the huge patio. Greater very clean heated Swimming Pool absolutely near by the house. Beach access within 2 minutes; with chairs and umbrellas optimally equipped already. And Faye represents the best care taking Landlord you can imagine and we do recommend her apartment 100 percent. Perfect month.

This property was beyond perfect. The condo was spotless (even under the beds :-) The condo was so well supplied with anything you need. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals when not dining out. There was a plethora of beach towels and toys for the beach. It was so convenient that the beach has umbrellas and chairs set up and you don’t have to drag a bunch of stuff to the beach. The water in the gulf is amazing. Crystal clear and we saw many dolphins and manatees. The location of the condo was perfect. Great restaurants on longboat key as well as Armand’s circle and Siesta key. Downtown Sarasota was great as well. The balcony delivered the most amazing sunsets. There are great paths for running and biking as well. Having stayed at severed Vrbo properties I can say that this was by far my favorite. Kaye was prompt to respond to any questions and very thorough in the leasing process. The property and its surrounds are so quiet and peaceful. So if you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place.

Longboat Key Review

The views in this condo are awesome! I had a lovely two month stay and spent lots of time at the beach and pool. The property provides beach chairs, which is super convenient. The pool is beautiful as well. Faye, the owner, is very responsive to any needs or concerns. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the condo. The updated bathrooms are especially nice. The beaches in Longboat are beautiful and not crowded.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Property manager was very lovely to communicate with. The property was spotless and well equipped. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The position, being right across from the beach had lovely views. The complex has a very large pool, jacuzzi and fantastic gym. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. It was like staying at a wellness resort. Great local restaurants and a few minute drive from gorgeous St Armands. We had a beautiful stay and I’m still missing this place! I recommend wholeheartedly!
