Wonderful Week Away!

The house was great and we especially appreciated the beach tags, bikes, and beach supplies that we were able to use. The house was the perfect location to the beach and boardwalk!

Great beach house for family trip

Perfect location- close to boardwalk with everything you need for a beach family trip. Bikes, toys, beach tags. Walking distance to everything! And the porches are fabulous!!

Fabulous property!

Gorgeous, roomy, clean house! Short walk to beach, boardwalk, center of town for shopping, coffee, treats… Missy was wonderful! Very easy to work with! Would return in a heartbeat!

Spacious home in great location.

Close to the beach and Boardwalk. Clean, well appointed with large living and dining area. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Balconies with seating on all levels. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time at the Shore!!

Very nice house and close to beach

Great house. Lots of room/space. Separate decks for each floor. Parking in garage was great. Easy walk to beach. Overall, very nice stay.

Nice new on 3rd street

lovely new house with great porches. I would have liked one more bath as only 2 full and one in top floor master bedroom, but we managed fine for 2 nights. Convenient to stores and beach is huge and beautiful!

A wonderful place for family

This house has fantastic. Great layout that was clean, spacious, and well equipped for our family. Missy was so responsive to any inquiry. Everyone in our family agreed it was perfect even with our special needs children.

Week at the shore

Amazing week at the shore! Super convenient location. Awesome to have an elevator to help a family member with a disability. The house was clean comfortable and well equipped. Responsive and friendly host. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful property with plenty of room to spread out

We stayed with 7 people ages 2-adults and everyone had plenty of space and the house was very comfortable to just hang out in. The multiple decks were great for relaxing during the day and evenings and there was plenty of space for us to dine outside each day together. Missy is very responsive and helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful trip!

Great location, close to beach!

The location is perfect, the beach is a block and a half! To get to the main area of the boardwalk is an about a 10ish minute walk. We loved that we didn’t need to bring a beach cart or beach toys! There’s plenty of board games and toys in the garage for the kids to keep them entertained. The deck with the rocking chairs was our favorite! This home was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids!

Excellent Experience

Our overall experience with this rental was excellent. Missy, the property owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. The property was extremely clean and safe. There were enough supplies in the home to clean up after ourselves on the last day. The convenience of the elevator was really great for luggage as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a lovely place.

Place was great, newer! All amenities. We didn't Google map and had no idea how long of a walk the "block" was. 3rd Street beach is very narrow and crowded. We couldn't get a spot so we ended up driving to a different beach.

This place checked every box

Everything about our stay at this house was top notch, literally not one complaint. The elevator was a huge need for a handicapped niece we had and my mother who used it as well. Makes for much easier move in and out as well! Missy, who i worked with on the jesse and during our stay was just awesome to work with. Highly recommended!!

It was beautiful. Rooms were as advertised. Fully stocked for entertaining. Lots of toys for the beach and house. Also, bikes to get around town. The area is close to beach and boardwalk. The communication between the property manager was easy. We seemed to be the first rental of the season and outdoor shower was not turned on for season. This was quickly addressed. Would definitely rent again. Positive experience.

checking was easy. but garage entry could be better—crank to open door?? also some outlets didn’ work and we had to use breakers a few times. but we still had a very good experience.

Hi Michael, thanks for staying with us. I'm sorry some of the outlets didnt work. I will check the GFI's to make sure one didnt trip. The garage door has an eletric opener, the crank is there in case of a power outage. I'm sorry you missed it. The switch looks like a light switch, but it is the electric door opener. It is a huricane grade door, so it does look a little different. I can see how that would be inconvient to have to hand crank it. Sorry for the confusion. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
