Charming 2-bedroom bungalow in amazing Atlanta with AC with W/D

Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy and stylish retreat is perfectly located just 5 miles from Downtown Atlanta, minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and less than a mile from the popular Lakewood Amphitheater—ideal for concert-goers, business travelers, and city explorers. A short drive to local eateries and vibrant neighborhoods like East Atlanta Village, Grant Park, and close to everything from Mercedes-Benz Stadium to Zoo Atlanta. A warm welcome to you!

Other than the locked door to the left in the hallway, and the locked closet next to the bathroom, guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home!

Self check-in is a breeze with your own entry code!

PLEASE READ - This home is located in the Polar Rock neighborhood of Atlanta. This area is an excellent location for all of Atlanta's sites yet tucked away in a quiet, humble community. Many neighbors know each other and are very friendly. Polar Rock is down the street from 2 neighborhood parks with playgrounds, The Swann Nature Preserve, Lakewood Amphitheater concert venue, Tyler Perry Studios, and one of the top 10 urban food forests in the world, The Urban Food Forests at Browns Mill!! There is so much to explore!

This neighborhood is in a transitioning phase. Many homes are under renovation, and there is a mix of old, shabby and new. If you are uncomfortable staying in an "up and coming" neighborhood, this might not be the right fit. If you have any questions about the area, don't hesitate to reach out! :)

Please do NOT flush wipes/baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet, as these products do not breakdown. Clogs due to these items/excessive toilet paper will be charged at cost to the guest.

Please send us the secret phrase “Hank Aaron” to show us you’ve reviewed the entire listing. We look forward to hosting you!

The home was generally comfortable and livable during our stay, and we had no major issues initially. However, there were two concerns that I think future guests should be aware of.During our stay, we saw two roaches in the bathroom. I also noticed a small open hole in the bathroom wall, and there were pest-repellent devices plugged into several outlets. I can't say whether these things were related, but it was concerning enough that we kept the bathroom light on for the rest of our stay.More concerningly, after we accidentally spilled coffee on the duvet cover and removed it to wash it, we found numerous dark stains throughout the duvet insert itself. This made us question whether the duvet had been cleaned recently.Overall, the property was otherwise comfortable, but the pest issue and especially the condition of the duvet were concerning and are things future guests should know about.

As advertised, in a quiet lovely neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. There was a minor issue with the lock and the property manager was immediately engaged and provided a solution. I will certainly book this place again if available!
