We stayed with ten people (four children) and we were extremely comfortable. This listing has spacious separate living areas, with easy access to a pool/spa and minutes away from a very quiet beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and will kept. The fact that each bedroom has its own full bathroom is extremely useful. The owner and property manager are very welcoming and accommodating. We had a great time and would recommend this place to any family.

Great stay, we especially loved the covered outdoor seating area. Coming from the cold of the northeast, we spent most of our time outside, even when it was raining. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful, place was beautiful and only a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful home. And the pool and hot tub were exquisite. Family of 8 including 3 small children and a teenager, they loved everything about it also, didnt want to leave!!! Location could not be better. Again, great, and all agreed it is the best “vacation house” they’ve ever stayed in.

If you ever get the chance to rent this property - DO IT. Located steps away from what feels like your own private Beach. Has the best private Pool / Hot Tub set up and backyard area we've ever had. Close to one of the best and newest Publix in the area. Walking distance to Shooters, Bokampers, Patrizia's and Greek Island Tavern. About 2 miles North from the heart of the Ft. Lauderdale Beach scene. Many wonderful restaurants are a short drive away. The manager lives next door and is so helpful, he even moves the trash cans down to the street and back. The house is wonderful has multiple bedrooms with TVs in each and has 3 living areas (one outside covered) where you can kick back and relax and watch TV. This place is great for Families.

Excellent experience across the board. Our family greatly enjoyed this property. The house is nice, roomy, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi and outdoor area was great as well. Its close proximity to the beach is excellent. We will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

We love this house because of the proximity to the beach 1 1/2 blocks, the beautiful backyard with the swimming pool and spa and the upscale nightlife so close by.

No busy streets to cross to get to the beach, only neighborhood on the BEACH SIDE of A1A. Plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms and upstairs balcony, not to mention the gorgeous outdoor patio with furniture and TV.
