The house and property were clean, tidy and easy to get to. The house is the ground floor portion with residents in the basement portion. Check-in process was quick and easy with checking out process being very simple as well. We would definitely stay here again when in Salt Lake City.

Upon arrival we had difficulty getting in (likely user error) but our host was very helpful. Once inside the house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well. We also ran dishes and loads of laundry while there and those machines worked very well too. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, etc. and basic spices. The laundry room came pre-stocked with laundry detergent which was also greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Felicia's place is amazing. Very clean, and Felicia herself was super nice and accomodating as a host. Regarding location, there is not much around in terms of walking distance and in North Salt Lake overall, but everything was just a quick drive or rideshare away. Travelers/future guests should know the surrounding area has a bit of a unpleasant scent, due to the nearby refineries. Still would recommend staying here if you need an affordable place in the greater SLC area

So, so , much better than a hotel and only a little more . Amenities were very good. Location was just fine. Was here for Work and play and I’m so glad I will stay like this. Every time I come back to Utah .

We were disappointed because the property was not advertised accurately when we booked, and the listing information significantly influenced our decision to choose this location. There were also some check-in and maintenance issues during our stay.We chose this property specifically because the listing advertised three king beds. We had other properties to choose from in a similar price range, but we selected this one based on that information. After contacting Vrbo and providing a video showing that the property did not have three king beds as advertised, the owner updated the listing to reflect one king bed and two queen beds, which is now accurate. However, we would have chosen another property if the listing had been accurate from the beginning, and we felt misled when making our reservation.Check-in was somewhat difficult. The passcode we were given did not work, and it took about an hour to resolve the issue.There were also a few maintenance concerns. One of the bathroom shower/tubs backs up with water while showering, and the fan in the master bedroom does not work. I noticed that another review mentioned the fan, and unfortunately, that issue is still present.Overall, the inaccurate listing, difficult check-in, and unresolved maintenance issues affected our experience.

This was a trip to spend Thanksgiving with my adult sons, their wives and first baby granddaughter. I was so happy to have a comfy, inviting home with all the supplies needed to have Thanksgiving dinner here as my sons live in small apartments in Farmington. Felicia was very helpful each time I had a question, as we were getting ready for our trip and after finding out we were having Thanksgiving dinner here, she went out of her way to supply us with kitchen supplies needed and even a new large roasting pan. In the rush of packing I forgot tooth paste and to my surprise there was a brand new tub in the bathroom vanity! It’s the little things that mean so much when you’re looking to stay at a home away from home. I highly recommend!
