Enjoy what this 3-bedroom has to offer. The property includes all the essentials you’ll need for your stay plus more! Less than 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the airport.

All bedrooms have king sized beds so guests will have a comfortable stay. Master has ensuite bathroom along with an additional guest bathroom. Linens provided, bathroom essentials, laundry essentials- everything you need to feel at home away from home.

Fully stocked coffee bar, tools to make the best cocktails and board games to have some fun!

Parking for two and additional parking on street if needed. This property is a duplex, the space includes the upper half. There is no access to your unit from the other unit.

I’ll be available to answer any questions while you enjoy your cozy stay.

Upon arrival we had difficulty getting in (likely user error) but our host was very helpful. Once inside the house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well. We also ran dishes and loads of laundry while there and those machines worked very well too. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, etc. and basic spices. The laundry room came pre-stocked with laundry detergent which was also greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Felicia's place is amazing. Very clean, and Felicia herself was super nice and accomodating as a host. Regarding location, there is not much around in terms of walking distance and in North Salt Lake overall, but everything was just a quick drive or rideshare away. Travelers/future guests should know the surrounding area has a bit of a unpleasant scent, due to the nearby refineries. Still would recommend staying here if you need an affordable place in the greater SLC area

So, so , much better than a hotel and only a little more . Amenities were very good. Location was just fine. Was here for Work and play and I’m so glad I will stay like this. Every time I come back to Utah .

This was a trip to spend Thanksgiving with my adult sons, their wives and first baby granddaughter. I was so happy to have a comfy, inviting home with all the supplies needed to have Thanksgiving dinner here as my sons live in small apartments in Farmington. Felicia was very helpful each time I had a question, as we were getting ready for our trip and after finding out we were having Thanksgiving dinner here, she went out of her way to supply us with kitchen supplies needed and even a new large roasting pan. In the rush of packing I forgot tooth paste and to my surprise there was a brand new tub in the bathroom vanity! It’s the little things that mean so much when you’re looking to stay at a home away from home. I highly recommend!
