This is our luxurious, newly remodeled 4,000 sq ft vacation home that features a total of 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each spacious suite has its own private full bathroom and two of the suites have their own gas fireplaces! The back deck boasts a beautiful view of the 14th fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course, and is the perfect place to sit, relax, and catch some sun during the summer. The house also features a cozy sun room with views of the deck and golf course, a new covered outdoor living area, a sunken living room with a wet bar, a fantastic loft area with a small library overlooking the main living room, and a brand new 7-person hot tub that is great for soaking in after a long day on the slopes!

Gables at Red Cedar is the perfect place to getaway from it all, no matter the season! This home is perfect for family vacations, ski trips, and retreats.

Gables at Red Cedar includes: 3 King Suites (1 on main floor, 2 on second floor. 2 suites include gas fireplaces!)- 1 Bunk Room Suite (2 Twin Beds & 2 Queen Beds) All bedrooms include a large flat screen 'smart' TV with premium cable, sitting area, and large private bathroom. All king suites bathrooms include double sinks and a luxurious walk in shower with dual shower heads.

Rates are for 12 people. An extra charge of $30 per person per night will be applied for rental parties over 12 people.

Pets must be pre-approved. Please contact the owner. Once approved, there is a charge of $40/night/pet, as well as a $60 (per stay) pet cleaning fee.

A special event may apply depending on occasion and number of people attending event. Please contact owner for more information.

POLICY NOTE: 50% down at the time of reservation, w/ balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please be sure your travel plans are firm, as there will be NO REFUNDS given, unless the owner is able to rebook the property for the same dates and rates. We are unable to offer any refunds due to weather or acts of nature, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended due to our no refund policy!

NOTE: A booking change and/or reschedule, for any reason, will be a minimum of $100 service fee.

NOTE: There will be a loss of damage deposit for any of the following reasons:
1. If there has been any smoking
2. If there is any dog hair from an unauthorized pet
3. The number of guests exceeds the agreed upon and authorized number
4. There is an event without pre-authorization and notification

There will also be an automatic loss of the damage deposit if a guest plans to hold an event at the house and has not disclosed this information to Classic Northwest Retreats. Sunriver Family Vacation

Everything was great about our stay … there were 11 of us .. 8 adults and 3 children. The private bathroom for each bedroom was so nice, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, well equipped kitchen. Everything was there to have a perfect family getaway. We enjoyed being by the golf course too. Communication with the owner was easy and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Great family vacation for multiple generations

We had a wonderful time staying here. Lovely outdoor space with fairway views. There is enough room to set up a badminton net (provided). Comfortable en-suite bedrooms with lovely views. (If light bothers you, bring a sleep mask.) Kitchen is well stocked. BBQ works well. This is a very comfortable home.

Location & Fun!

This is our 5th trip to Sunriver and we really enjoyed being on the golf course this time! We had 4 families and the bedrooms worked out perfectly. It was great having access to bikes (including a trailer) that are in working condition. We even played badminton on the grass in the backyard.

We have stayed in this home multiple times and it always accommodates all our needs and wants. The house has since been upgraded with AC and a wonderful covered back patio with plenty of lounge furniture. The house is set up well to provide common space for gathering as well as plenty of private space when needed. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will continue to visit this amazing home on the Woodlands 14th hole.

Perfect winter getaway

We had an amazing stay during winter break. The home is so beautiful and well appointed. The best place we have stayed in in Sunriver. I love how all the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The rooms are large with plenty of natural light. There is also plenty of space in the house to hang around in. The kitchen is very well stocked. The backyard was the golf course and offered the perfect winter wonderland backdrop. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Great Find

Huge house with lots of space to spread out. 3 living room areas so everyone can relax in the evenings and do their own thing. The picky drawback was how long it took the house to heat up the first day. But depending on when you go that's not an issue. Golf course and Sunriver walking trail are right out the back door.

Great location on the golf course and quick bike ride or walk to the river. Multiple spacious rooms with on-suite bathrooms. Amazing house in Sunriver for multiple families

We rented this property for our summer vacation with 2 other families. It is the perfect set-up for 3 families -- each couple had their own master suite and our 6 kids were all able to share one room comfortably. The house is centrally located to all Sunriver activities and is in very good, high-end condition. We can't wait to go back in the future!

Spring Break Perfection

From the moment we entered this fabulous home and said “oh my” we were impressed with every detail. True Luxury Home! STUNNING!

This is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at in Sun River! The moment we entered the home we were amazed at the wood detailing and open concept with multiple areas and fireplaces to relax and convene with our group. With three master suites, each family was able to escape to their spacious and beautiful space. The bunk room and bath was perfect for our littles and teens. An easy bike ride on one of the many bikes available to Fort Rock Park, Sharc, the river, and the Village made for a plethora of activities. Amenities are in a surplus on this property with Sharc passes and the centralized location. The beautiful and peaceful golf course borders the home which made for a great place for littles to run around in the evening in addition to the nicely grassed back yard. We spent evenings gathered in the cooks kitchen, around the family dining table, and soaking in the large hot tub. The owner/host, Jenifer, was a pleasure to correspond with. She went above and beyond to correspond in advance of our trip to ensure we had the best stay possible. This is the PERFECT place for friends or family to gather. We will be back!

We stayed for a week for mid winter break and had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home that is very well appointed with appliances and amenities. The hot tub was amazing, playing in the snow on the golf course was great; neighbors had a dog the same age/breed so they got along famously. My only comment is that if you type the address into Google maps it does not take you quite all the way to the house. Get the actual address from the owner before you leave as the house can be hard to find in the dark.

Great location for 10-12 people.

Location was great. Coming from Portland we had to drive through wildfire smoke to make our reservation. Host would only offer trade, not refund. Also no refund for hot water being off for 12 hours after arrival, because it wasn't their fault power went out and tripped water heater. We also lost an evening use of hot tub due to it not being heated for our arrival. Our group of gamers and 20-50 year olds were bummed out that the wi-fi cannot handle much usage before constantly getting bumped off. A couple other minor things didn't work well. Overall, it is a gorgeous location, and the pool table and bikes were fun. The beds were comfy too! The kitchen set is wonderful for group cooking. The outside temp was to low for our group to try the resort outdoor pool. Given COVid restrictions on the use of public amenities, and the hosts reluctance to credit us for the things that didn't work right, we are not sure of value. Having wifi that's not set up for group wifi is not clear in description. On the plus side -Host was easy to get ahold of and tried to fix things, or sent people out once they were sure it wasn't our fault.

Sunriver Family Retreat

We were surprised and delighted when we arrived at this beautiful Sunriver retreat! The home was just perfect! The layout could not have been more accommodating. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully updated, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. We loved the massive great room plan with multiple living and dining areas all open to each other while offering spaces for separate conversation groups. Spacious master on the main and two half baths for guests. Two huge ensuite guest rooms with seating areas & fireplaces, a bunk room, and a loft with a library make this home extra special and very comfortable for multiple families. The beautiful private setting on the golf course and expansive patio with multiple outdoor tables are perfect for enjoying time outside. We found everything needed to enjoy our stay including extra sleeping pads, a garage room full of well-maintained bicycles, a ping pong table, extra tables & folding chairs, games, puzzles, classic VHS & DVD's, flat-screen TV's throughout the house, and more towels than you would ever need or use. Jenifer was so quick to respond and so gracious throughout our stay. She was a fabulous host and made sure we had instructions for everything. We fell in love with Sunriver and this house! We are planning to go back for the holidays!

Love the Remodel!

We previously stayed at this home in 2006 and loved it then. The new owners have remodeled it and added an extra bedroom. Each bedroom has their own on-suite bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful and is very well equipped. Plenty of room to ramble about and we enjoy being on the Woodlands Golf Course. The owner, Jenifer, is wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again!
