SPI stadsskatt debiteras inte lĂ€ngre för bokningsbetalningen pĂ„ grund av den Ă€ndring som har gjorts av Texas State frĂ„n och med 1 april 2019. Som ett resultat mĂ„ste jag bifoga en ytterligare betalningsbegĂ€ran vid bokning av 11%. Denna första vĂ„ning, ett sovrum lĂ€genhet sover 1-4 eller 5 personer bekvĂ€mt med en king size-sĂ€ng i sovrummet och en queen size Lazy Boy bĂ€ddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Badet har handikappstĂ€nger i duschen och har nyligen renoverats och uppdaterats. Dessa lĂ€genheter Ă€r utrustade med mixer, crock pot, chopper, kaffekanna, mikrovĂ„gsugn, WiFi, 2 TV, kabel med 6 HBO och 4 ESPN kanaler, nya sĂ€ngklĂ€der och handdukar. En gĂ€st tvĂ€ttstuga finns pĂ„ fastigheten. Jag tillhandahĂ„ller ocksĂ„ en vagn för att ta dina saker till stranden, en iskista, paraply, tvĂ„ stolar och sandleksaker och boogiebrĂ€dor för barnen. This was the perfect location for the things I wanted to on the island. The complex has easy beach access and Turtle Inc and SPI nature center were easy walking distance. The condo had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well stocked kitchen.

As promoted. Exceptionally clean, nice and quaint, walking distance to the beach. Only downside is the lack of respect by pet owners to p/u after their dogs. The courtyard was littered with dog dung, literally. We have 2 dogs and I’m not against pets but please respect others and p/u your mess!

This tiki condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook due to dietary needs/ The wagon for hauling our chairs and food to the beach was so appreciated. The beds were comfortable and had extra bedding which we always seem to need. Being on the first floor and facing away from the pool was a bonus. The close proximity to the beach was amazing! Definitely will return, thank you for being such great hosts!

Nice and very clean, close to the beach and adventures we were interested in doing. Only issue was a lock box thats hard to open and had to have maintenace come open it to get the key. I would definitely be interested in staying here again.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the location of property with easy access to beach. This is a rental community so it was a little louder and crowded than we had anticipated. The property owner communicated well. The place was clean. If you are looking for beach access for a day or 2 this is the place.

Great Location

Great Location about 4 minute walk to the beach and the unit was not facing the pool so we avoided the late night noise at the pool. Rules on noise and people playing music at the pool not enforced so glad we did not have a pool side unit. Simple access to pet area. Only 2 issues, neither reflect on unit owners. Pet area was filled with stickers we had to pick out of dog's paws, and we smelled constant marijuana from a unit next to us and from units by the pool despite condo rules of no smoking. This unit was very nice and clean... overall a good stay.

Best Stay on SPI!

The ratings don't lie! We absolutely loved this unit. Stayed was with my husband and little dog and it was so great, I didn't want to leave! It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island, but still near things that are walkable and things were easy to get to. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. Place is very clean, noise wasn't bad at all except for fireworks on the weekend from Clayton's, the unit had everything we needed to cook. Would def recommend!

Sweet & cozy spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days/nights at this sweet little chalet! Perfect for the 2 of us! We liked that it was further north on the island away from some of the commercial traffic. It was close to the beach & really within short driving distance to most anything we wanted. If we needed help with anything, it was readily available. Very comfortable, very homey, nicely decorated & very clean! Highly recommend!

Great Condo

This condo is great. It's clean and very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The Tiki is a great place to stay with two very nice pools and great beach access. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice one bedroom unit. The owner is great and responds very quickly. The description of this property on the VRBO website is accurate and the unit looks just like the pictures.

Mario and I have been married for 53 years. We were both born and raised in South Texas. We have two wonderful children and six very special grandchildren. In 1972 we moved away from South Texas for 25 years. Those years took us to Houston, Austin, Waco, Guadalajara and Aguascientes. Now we are finally back home to stay! We currently live in Harlingen. We love our home and our neighbors, but we also wanted to spend more time at our South Padre Island paradise. A condo was the perfect solution.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Because we love the beach, we decided to purchase a condo at The Tiki. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The condos are well kept and the complex is beautifully landscaped and includes two gorgeous, heated pools. Our condo is located steps away from the pool but also its location lends itself to all the privacy you could want. The patio is gated for your pet. We welcome the opportunity to share our 'home away from home' with you!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our condo has been recently renovated. It has a gorgeous modern kitchen with white quartz countertops and comes fully equipped. The living room has a 42” TV . The bedroom has a king size bed, headboard and mattress and the furnishings are modern and well kept. The linens and bedspreads are updated frequently. The room is ample and comfortable. The bathroom is also renovated and the shower is equipped with handrails.
