Great mountain retreat

We had a wonderful stay. Host was super gracious and allowed us to check in early. House is well stocked with kids books which is a huge plus for us. The view is to die for. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful cabin with an awesome location and plenty of privacy. Spacious living room with incredible views of winnapasaukee and surrounding mountain to be seen from pretty much every angle of the house. Open floor plan with a real log cabin feel, Clean and accomadating with everything needed for a weekend away. Roughly 8 minutes away from wiers beach and 15 minutes from grocery and shopping. Best renting experience I've had to date

Log cabin with beautiful views great location

We had a weekend stay at this cozy log cabin paired with a show at the Bank of NH pavilion which is a quick drive away. Plenty of sleeping options, although the bunk beds really are only sized for kids under 10 or so. The Koi pond in the back was a nice surprise.Plenty of parking out front and in the garage.We didn’t have great weather so couldn’t enjoy the nice deck that spans most of the house.The house is a little dated but other than that was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend in NH. This was our 15th year getting together. We try and pick a different area each time and Gilford NH did not disappoint. Great communication with the host. The house was in a nice quiet location and had a beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Large open floor plan on the first floor which was great for all of us to be together.

Wonderful views and location

We had a great time here. Sitting on the deck with views of Lake Winnipesaukee and mountains was so relaxing; we spent lots of time there. Had some meals in the screened in porch. And enjoyed exploring the area, with Gunstock Mountain area just 5 minutes away, and went on the Mail Boat on the Lake.

Fun late summer getaway

Perfect place for three families with varying ages. The three season porch was a welcome sight for night time dining and sunsets. Proximity to Lake Winnie was a real plus and other attractions in the area. Enough space for all, no one felt crammed. Would definitely come back.

Amazing views, good space but needs some TLC

Check in and communication before the trip was very easy. The house is a great size for a multi family group, nicely laid out and the views are amazing. The house however did not feel clean and had a ton of clutter. Lots of trinkets and Christmas decor collecting dust, stuff in many of the bedroom drawers. I don’t know how else to explain it except it feels like there is just a lot of stuff collecting dust. We found grime in the kitchen cabinets and although it was clean on the surface, it is in need of a deep clean. We found dirty clothes under the bed of one of the bedrooms and things like the coffee makers not cleaned out. This could be a really great spot and rental if these things are addressed.

Large home, Beautiful view, great location

Annual Multigenerational family winter vacation (6 adults, 3 children), we really enjoyed the large home with a beautiful view. Location to Gunstock and attractions was fantastic! Half of the group skied the week while the other ice fished, after a long day in the snowy winter weather it was nice to reunite over dinner and spend the night by the fire. The house had tons of room, the kids 11,11 and 9 loved the Fooseball table and playing in the snow! The house had a large kitchen and dining room and was very spacious, there were lots of us in the house and it never felt crowded. Thank you for a great week!

Fall trip getaway

We came here to enjoy the fall colors in the lakes region, we were a group of 11 people and the place was spacious and comfortable for everyone. It’s a bit difficult to figure out the lights and their switches, I think some tag near the switches would help. It has a very good view overlooking mountains and the lakes. Enjoyed staying here for a weekend.

Could have been better maintained. Christmas decorations still up no yard complete fish pond not maintained. Not enough towels and wash rags for all bedrooms. Ants in some of rooms Dishwasher did. Not work properly. Washer and dryer had musty smell Dead mouse in garage just felt it could have been better maintained and cleaned grill was no cleaned. Dirty socks in basement bed. Beautiful location and view and size for our group of 8.
