The three floors allowed for plenty of space for 9 people (2 families) to both spread out and gather. The location was super convenient to the pier, downtown, and beaches (especially via a golf cart). Kids loved the pool and pond. The elevator was helpful with getting luggage where it needed to be. We spent a lot of time on the balconies and garage during the summer rainy evening. Condo was supplied with a lot of the necessities- beach gear, bikes to ride, Keurig, etc.
