Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the best place we’ve stayed with a family. Perfect for kids and adults. Plenty of room inside and out. The kids loved the big porch and the front yard for bikes and scooters when they needed a break from the beach. The kitchen was the best stocked beach house I have ever seen. ALL the towels were so thoughtful for coming in from the beach and outdoor shower with wet kids. Plus all the amazing hooks! Will be returning! Thank you for such a special place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great with a lovely beach. The place is spacious and all the bedrooms have comfortable King beds. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The beach is great here. The whole back of the house is windows so you can see the ocean without going outside. This was good for us since it turned cold for a couple days during our stay. We would use this property again. The management company was responsive to our questions too.

Outstanding property. As pictured. Clean. Comfy beds. Fantastic floorplan. Stunning porch views of sunrises and sunsets. Three families with kids during Christmas holiday. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen absolutely stocked with plates, glasses, multiple size pots, pans, baking sheets, small appliances. Array of beach gear - chairs, paddle boards, lots of towels. Kid gear - high chair and plastic dishes. Games and books. Simple check-in and check-out. Excellent communication with property managers. Planning to book again for next year!

We love being able to walk down the porch steps and into the sand. It is conveniently located and near a lot of local restaurants and a Publix grocery store.

There were 10 of us, moms and daughters, and we loved the location and the spacious living area/kitchen as well as the private beach access. That was a game changer for not having to lug beach gear all the way into the room each day. Outdoor shower and storage area there was fantastic. Home came with everything we needed and more! Plenty of parking too. We are already talking about returning with our families!service was also top notch - great communication before, during, and after!

The beaches are well maintained and not very crowded. The house is very clean and well maintained. We spent so much time on the deck... The sunsets from the deck are second to none. The management company were so helpful with all of our needs. We felt safe at all times. We consider "A Shore Thing" our 2nd home. This property is fantastic... We will be coming back many times....

Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is fantastic! Views from all main areas are incredible, and the walk to the beach is much shorter than the ones we've stayed in previously! The house was well equipped with everything you need, and rooms are very comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation with four different families staying together and it worked out very well! Tons of room for storing your clothes and they've thought of everything you might need. Just bring your toothbrush and swim suit!

Views for Miles of the Gulf!

Amazing views and spacious property. All sleeping spaces were well defined and comfortable except sleeper sofa would have been an awkward space for an adult to sleep. Children would have been fine. The back deck was incredible and such a close walk to the beach ! Bathrooms were clean but not sparkling and we encountered some bugs in the house. That being said, they showed up to spray after we arrived and we did not want the interior sprayed with small children so they sprayed the outside. Overall, a really great spot for a beach stay. The house has everything you would need! Laundry room so convenient to outside shower !!

Hidden Gem of 30a

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a hidden gem on 30a! The views are amazing and the beach is like your own private beach. The location is great and there is plenty of parking space. This was our second time at this house with 3 couples and 2 kids we had plenty of space and the one level layout is perfect for privacy when needed. The furnishings could use a little updating and some normal small maintenance issues (light bulbs, new shower heads, loose toilet paper holders, wifi password in app was incorrect) but the house was very clean both times and nothing hindered us having a good time! Royal Destinations was great to work with and responsive for any needs. We will definitely be back again and again!

Wonderful Vacation time from a Family from Austin, Texas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Ashore Thing was fantastic. We rented the house for 2 weeks and were delighted over the location and the house. The house is spacious, clean and modern. The view of the gulf from the house is spectacular and the best attribute of the house. We loved getting the bikes, chairs and umbrellas as part of our rental. I would recommend the owner add area rugs to dining room, bedrooms and side seating area. I would also recommend they close in the outdoor shower for privacy. We wanted to bring our little dog down with us and offered a sizable deposit and additional rent however the owner declined. We would likely come back year after year if the owners allowed pets. I would happily recommend this house to family and friends.

Ashore Thing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are so many things that are wonderful about this property (this is our 6th year to stay for our family vacation) but there are a few things that need to be addressed.The WiFi is terrible. It is hard to watch TV (constant buffering), dropped phone calls, hard to send emails/texts, etc. Outside water hydrants did not work so unable to clean sand off of items taken to beach. Also, the outside shower had hot water only so unsafe from child standpoint.The outside grill is inoperable and needs to be replaced.House seems to be getting a little “tired” and needs some love.
