Large 1-bedroom in amazing Capitol Hill neighborhood with secure parking & dog+

Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle, this condo is a dream. With a large bedroom featuring a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and an office nook, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional space with a comfy full sized fold-out couch for relaxation. The phenomenal fitness room is perfect for staying active during your stay. There is also secure parking for 1 car (7 ft height limit).

There are lots of little amenities to make your stay comfortable like: shampoo & conditioner, fans, coffee & tea, board games, etc. The walk score is a full 100, and you can go anywhere in minutes including light rail. There are so many delicious restaurants, concert venues, arts spaces, parks, the convention center, and LGBTQA+ spaces within 10 minutes.

As a huge dog lover, your dog(s) are also welcome. I provide dog bowls, treats, a dog blanket and towels, and a big list of dog friendly places to visit with your pups.

I'm happy to assist with any questions while you stay at my condo as I lived here for 13 happy years. Please note that there is some exterior construction and scaffolding.

And for my vegetarian/vegan/allergy friends, the space doesn't have any animal products like leather or down. I can also help with area eating recommendations. There is also a hepa air filter in the bedroom.

The host was great and the apartment was very nice. Pay close attention to the directions for getting keys and parking, it is a bit complicated. Having parking and the ability to bring your dog was awesome.

Unit was much larger even than the photos. The location is very happening and the unit is very central to all kinds of shops, restaurants, stores, groceries, bars, etc. Secure parking, great for those with pets (we had two small dogs). Kaess was a great host and left lots of cute little amenities in the room (dog treats, bowls, nice neighbourhood guide, games, and tasteful decor). Definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

Capitol Hill is so vibrant and full of life. The music and dining scene are right outside the door. You can walk to everything you want/need, and it is *incredibly* dog friendly.

What makes this property unique

My space is special because it's a bit more spacious and has been furnished with care. I truly loved living there, and I want you to love staying there. The secure parking and gym are also a huge benefit. Anyone working remotely will love the desk nook and high speed internet.
