A one hlf block walk (no condo is closer) will get you to the free RTD Mall Bus Ride or board Light Rail - Just a few yards from the building you will find internationally recognized Zengo restaurant, LaBiblioteca, McLoughlins pub and INK cafe / coffee shop.Several miles of public park lie just a block away, perfect for jogging, bike riding or picnics. One of the Denver bike share stations is just across the street.
Enjoy spectacular views of downtown with complete security and comfort. All building access is secure and controlled electronically, with elevators to all levels. Decorated in contemporary colors with loft style building architecture making your stay fun and comfortable. Large screen TV, cable and WIFI internet included. If you are coming into town for a convention there is a free shuttle that will take you to within two blocks of the Colorado Convention Center.
Bed setup consists of a contemporary queen in the master and a traditional queen bed in the second bedroom. A private full bath adjoins the master bedroom and half bath is directly outside the second bedroom.
If you are traveling by car there is a secure assigned and heated underground parking space optionally available.

We bought our loft so we could be close to EVERYTHING that makes Denver the awesome city that it is.. If Traveling for business you are only three walking blocks to the Convention Center, If you you looking for entertainment you are 10 minutes from Coors Fields for a Rockies game, The Pepsi Center for the Nuggets or Concert Venues, The Denver Center for the Performing Arts for plays and other venues, Elitches Amusement and Water Park two parks in one, the thrill of roller coasters and a refreshing water park. Walk one block and you are at the transportation center of Denver, Light Rail, RTD Bus and the Free Mall Ride all just 3 minutes away. The building is fully secure as is the optional underground parking space.
There is not a property which is closer to everything Denver offers than this one...Transportation , Dining, Sports Venues, Parks, shopping, entertainment, all that complemented by one of the best VIEWS in Denver ..

This very nice, almost new, modern 2-bedroom top-floor apartment (with a great balcony) is not only a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay, it's also very conveniently located in the LODO neighborhood. There are tons of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The free bus is pretty much right outside the door. The owner Dave was great to deal with. I highly recommend this property.
We just completed our trip to Denver. The apt. is in a great location, central to everything in Denver itself and a good point to make excursions outside of the city. The apt is comfy but it is over train tracks. There was some noise in the evenings but it's also a city so visitors have to be prepared for city noises. Dave prepped the apt really well for us....basics were available which was much appreciated. Dave even left a little treat in the fridge.
This was a great place in a fantastic location. Dave was a really cool and friendly guy. He was very easy to communicate with and contact. The listing was everything as mentioned and more. Dave is the perfect host if you are looking to stay in downtown Denver. I will definitely contact him when I return and refer my friends and family to him as well.

The condo was wonderful, great location and a beautiful place to stay. Dave the owner does everything make you comfortable.
My wife and I stayed four nights while visiting our daughter who lives in Denver. We took the light rail from the airport to Union Station. Dave, the owner, met us there and drove us to the penthouse because he didn't want us to walk through the construction that is all over the area. What a nice touch! Dave was a very gracious host and even left us snacks and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. He did a great job explaining all the areas around the penthouse where we may want to grab a meal.
We really enjoyed our stay. The penthouse has everything you need for a few nights' stay. Very clean! And, it's convenient walking distance to many attractions in LoDo including Coors Field. No need for a car if your staying in Denver at this location.
There were only two negatives that were beyond anyone's control. First, it was very hot in Denver during our stay- 2 days were above 100! We were able to get away to the mountains during one of the hot days. Second, is the construction activity with cranes everywhere. Just a sign of a growing, popular city!
