Fully Furnished Upscale 2 Bedroom Loft located in the posh Promenade Building in the heart of downtown Denver - Riverfront Park - Close to everything! - Colorado Convention Center, Dining, Parks, Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theater District, Pepsi Center, Coors Field and Elitche's amusement park are just minutes away.. A one hlf block walk (no condo is closer) will get you to the free RTD Mall Bus Ride or board Light Rail - Just a few yards from the building you will find internationally recognized Zengo restaurant, LaBiblioteca, McLoughlins pub and INK cafe / coffee shop.Several miles of public park lie just a block away, perfect for jogging, bike riding or picnics. One of the Denver bike share stations is just across the street.
Enjoy spectacular views of downtown with complete security and comfort. All building access is secure and controlled electronically, with elevators to all levels. Decorated in contemporary colors with loft style building architecture making your stay fun and comfortable. Large screen TV, cable and WIFI internet included. If you are coming into town for a convention there is a free shuttle that will take you to within two blocks of the Colorado Convention Center.
Bed setup consists of a contemporary queen in the master and a traditional queen bed in the second bedroom. A private full bath adjoins the master bedroom and half bath is directly outside the second bedroom.
If you are traveling by car there is a secure assigned and heated underground parking space optionally available.
Because of the large number of visitors coming to partake in the new marijuana legalization please note my loft and all its common areas are NON SMOKING - ALL SUBSTANCES

If Traveling for business you are only three walking blocks to the Convention Center, If you you looking for entertainment you are 10 minutes from Coors Fields for a Rockies game, The Pepsi Center for the Nuggets or Concert Venues, The Denver Center for the Performing Arts for plays and other venues, Elitches Amusement and Water Park two parks in one, the thrill of roller coasters and a refreshing water park. Walk one block and you are at the transportation center of Denver, Light Rail, RTD Bus and the Free Mall Ride all just 3 minutes away. The building is fully secure as is the optional underground parking space.

Better than imagined!
My husband and I were invited to a wedding in Denver. Having never been to Denver, we wanted to make a trip out of it and stay a few days before and after the wedding. I have used VRBO in the past and reviewed many condos on the website and carefully read the reviews. The reviews for Dave's place were consistently outstanding. We booked the condo based on the pictures, the location and mostly the reviews. I remember thinking to myself it could not be as perfect as everyone stated.
It was indeed that perfect! First, there is Dave. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was communicative in a timely manner before, during and after our trip. He was helpful in assisting us to obtain baseball tickets, he had drinks and snacks for us in the condo, he gave us recommendations for places to eat and sightsee. He was very easy to reach for anything we needed. The condo itself was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was ideal, we walked almost everywhere, the 16th Street free mall ride was very convenient and the view from the balcony was amazing.
We had a wonderful trip and cannot wait to go back. Thanks Dave!

Dave was awesome. We stayed at the condo for the weekend of our daughgter’s wddding. Dave was so kind, he even left a dozen roses for our daughter. Great location. Wonderful to have garage space. Everything worked well. Loved the balcony.

Perfect location for any trip to the Denver area
This is a great place to stay when visiting Denver. The condo is within walking distance to Coors Field, the downtown aquarium, Union Station, light rail, and the 16th Street Mall. We enjoyed our view of LoDo and the park along the South Platte River from the balcony. Secure covered parking was a plus, since we used Denver as a hub for several day trips to Rocky Mountains National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Pikes Peak, Colorado Springs, and Cheyenne. Most importantly, Dave was a fantastic host who provided a wealth of information for getting around Denver and visiting must-see attractions. We'd definitely stay here on our next trip to Denver!
Just 2 Blocks to UNION STATION and the $9.00 ALINE train to/from DIA. Only 3 walking blocks to the Colorado Convention Center ( the Free Mall Ride takes you 12) , 1 block to the new Union Station Transportation Center with RTD Bus and Light rail service, Free Mall Ride Bus.
10 minutes to Elitch's Amusement Park, 10 minutes to Denver Skate Park, 5 minutes to Denver's Largest Park complex consisting of Confluence and Commons park, 15 minutes to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Coors Baseball Field 15 minutes, Pepsi Center 15 minutes, Auraria Campus 15 minutes, Larimer Square dining and shopping 15 minutes..
