Great property! Clean, spacious, great amenities! Super nice host with great communication. Easy to check in and check out. Perfect for our family. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of seating to watch football with the family. TVs are fabulous and huge! Clean linens and everything you need in the kitchen. We will be back!

We had the most magical stay at the Adobe Rose! The home is well stocked and the layout was perfect for our family. The game room was amazing for our kids and each space was comfortable and relaxing. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Great place! It is very close to everything in the Southside like bars and restaurants. Super clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here for a girls weekend away!

We were very happy with the Adobe Rose, and would stay here again. Appreciated the large, comfortable space, the cleanliness and interior decoration as well as the ease of communication for arranging our stay, checking in, etc. Everything went very smoothly for our two-night stay while we in town for the Ironman 70. Also enjoyed the games in the garage, especially the basketball and nice ping pong table.

Great location for us to get to multiple places during our stay. Attention to detail of the townhouse was easily seen. The one bedroom down and 2 bedrooms up worked well for our family of 5. Snacks and coffee bar were nice perks as well.

This property is very new but the hosts are incredible! Katrina was always quick in remedying any issues. Great hosts and a beautiful property in a great location. The ping pong table and arcade games were a big hit with the family. We had an incredible stay and would be very likely to stay there again.

I had a wonderful time, as well as the rest of our party. Ruby Falls, Rock City, Lookout Mountain, the TN Aquarium and much more is so close by. The games that were supplied covered all ages. Our host was truly a pleasure to work with. I will definitely return!

Home was adorable! Loved the layout with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors and kitchen/living/dining on the main floor. Games were very fun, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. Nice touches like extra fans in all the closets, extra paper towels, detergent, etc. All the things one needs to feel at home when they’re somewhere other than home. Area was not the best part of Chattanooga but didn’t feel unsafe and was just a short drive to downtown. Great experience overall! 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing stay and by chance came on the weekend of a celebration of the Southside. Perfect location for us as a family with plenty of things to do nearby. We walked most places. There was a sculpture garden right outside the property that we explored one morning before walking to shops and lunch on Main Street. The space was beautiful and very clean. Our kids loved the game room and their bedroom. My son said he wanted to live there! Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Great place to stay! We had a great time at the Adobe Rose. It is in a very convenient location. We went to Southside Social to go bowling. We also went to the downtown area by the aquarium for pizza at Mellow Mushroom. The area around this condo has a wide range of restaurants and entertainment. Staying here you are within a 5 minutes drive to everything in downtown Chattanooga. There is also a nice Food City grocery store very close by. The host is nice and even put a sign up wishing our daughter a happy birthday.
