Awesome Family Vacay Rental

The rental was well stocked with everything we needed and the management company was very helpful. The texting option was very handy. We loved the swimming, fishing, fire pits and parks. The sidewalks allowed us to take nice morning walks and the movies at the park across from our unit were a huge hit with our boys. Everything was so convenient. The only minor complaints we had were that the streets are very narrow, especially for the number of guest the property accommodates and there could have been more shaded areas at the parks and pools. Overall we would highly recommend this rental and Cinnamon Shore in general. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo.We had a non functional water heater when we first arrived and no hot water but the maintenance man fixed it the next day. The ice maker did not work.The cart had some electrical issues and worked somewhat.However, we will stay again at Ocean Pearl as it was very nice.

A Highly Disappointing Stay at Cinnamon Shores - Avoid This Unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent vacation at Cinnamon Shores was deeply disappointing due to numerous frustrating and unacceptable issues that seriously impacted our family’s enjoyment. We had high hopes based on a wonderful prior visit, but this experience fell far short.At check-in, we were told the refrigerator was leaking and the master bedroom TV didn’t work. We received three sets of keys—only one functioned. The TV was never repaired, nor did we get any follow-up. The fridge leak persisted throughout our stay, creating large puddles on the floor daily. We had to use towels constantly to prevent slips—especially dangerous with young children. Because of the leak, the ice maker also didn’t work, forcing us to purchase a countertop one—an unexpected expense.Other issues reflected poor maintenance and lack of care. A living room blind was missing and replaced with black paper—not a joke. If you're going to cut corners, spend $100 on Blindster for a cheap proper blind. We were given just two trash bags for our entire stay—insufficient for a family. The dust buster provided had no charger and was useless. The master shower hardware was loose and pulled away from the wall. Water pressure and hot water were severely impacted if someone showered while the washer ran. The board games were missing most of their pieces, disappointing our kids.Adding to it all, the house was noisy—loud golf carts passed by frequently at night. We realized that’s why there were sound machines in the master bedroom drawers.What should have been a relaxing, enjoyable vacation felt neglected and stressful. This home did not meet basic expectations, much less premium ones. We will not be staying here again, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this rental to others.

Ocean Pearl Getaway

The Ocean Pearl where we stayed was clean, in working order, and well equipped for our stay. The beach carts were a blast and made going to the beach so easy and quick. The beach set was nice to have there worked out perfectly. The on site restaurants were good and convenient for when you didn’t want to go into PA. The PA restaurants were all good and we had several delicious dinners. All in all, a wonderful time at Cinnamon Shores.

Kitchen has everything anyone would need if they wanted to cook and eat in. The unit had plenty of towels and bedding. There were games and beach toys also. Lisabella’s restaurant was excellent as was the Shore Cafe for breakfast. The beach chair service was very nice. The items needing attention were the door keypad, the #2 wasn’t working so the key code wouldn’t work. One of the bathroom faucets was very hard to turn and water flow was very low. It also took quite a while to get hot water. In the common area the stairwell/elevator need cleaning and painting. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but dishwasher did not work. So I spent a lot of the vacation doing dishes. In addition, the hot water would not heat up in the kitchen sink, so it was incredibly difficult to wash dishes by hand. We alerted the front desk and they sent someone out to take a look. They told us to wait to use the sink at least 30 minutes after using the shower because there was not enough hot water in the tank. Overall it’s just not what we had hoped for given the several thousands of dollars we paid for the condo.

Everything was so nice and clean, and we were provided with all the essential you may need. This was the perfect spot for our weekend! We loved all the natural light. We walked over to Dylan's for pizza and drinks and brought it back to our rental so we could sit on the balcony and listen to the live music out on the lawn.

It is conveniently located to Town Center and to the Dune Pool and Fitness Center.The bunk room was cozy for afternoon naps.The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen items . We enjoyed sitting on each of the 2 balconies. The view is of Town Center. It was a very easy walk to Dylan's for pizza and to the new Cafe/Coffee Shop.

What a beautiful community! We loved our stay and plan to be back several times a year! This property was immaculate. Very comfortable. The grounds of the community are fantastic. Great pools and green space. Tesla charges are super convenient . My only complaint is that the fitness center is extremely small and doesn’t have much equipment. It should be bigger for this size community.

It was in a great location and had so many great amenities. Our only issue was that this unit smelled like cigarette smoke the day we arrived. It was so strong that we had headaches from the smell. I contacted the management and we were told that an Ozone machine would be brought over the following day and housekeeping would contact us, but that never occurred. The smell got better after a few days, so it was clearly the previous rental. We are non-smokers with small children, so this was very frustrating. We would love to stay here again, but definitely were not impressed with the managements handling of this issue.

The entire complex and community is perfect for our family with fun activities, pools, and amenities for everyone. The restaurants are delicious and the market is perfect for grabbing a few items. It’s truly one of our favorite places. This was our first time staying at the ocean pearl, and it was perfect for our family of 4. The condo had all that we needed to enjoy our stay! The bunk beds were a big hit with our girls and the master was a great size and very comfortable. Hope to be back very soon!
