Welcome to your Santa Feâstyle desert oasis in La Quinta Cove. This turnkey, fully furnished, single-level home offers mountain views, a private pool and spa, and a peaceful residential setting. Located within walking distance of Old Town La Quinta, guests enjoy easy access to cafes, boutiques, and dining.
Just 4.5 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds, the home is well suited for Coachella and Stagecoach guests, with a convenient 10â15-minute walk to the nearest official shuttle stop for stress free festival access.
Inside, the bright open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable space for relaxing or entertaining. The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with comfortable furnishings, generous storage, and hotel style linens. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and fully stocked essentials.
Guests enjoy three Samsung Smart TVs, in-home washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat, and thoughtful touches designed for extended or multi week stays.
Outdoor spaces include a walled front courtyard with Santa Rosa Mountain views, a private pool and spa, and multiple patio access points for indoor outdoor living. Driveway parking and a two-car garage provide secure, convenient parking and gear storage.
